This company are cowboys and steal money from you without providing what you’ve paid for. They have also tied me into another rolling contract without notifying me of renewal AND not displaying their terms and conditions when I took this service out!!

Shield have been great to work with. Collegiate in their approach and willing to adapt to the needs of our business. They have taken time to understand our culture and worked hard to respond to our feedback. We have found them open in their communication and receptive to feedback.

Andy the trainer was exceptional. He really got the message across in a light and informative way that had the whole group interested. I really enjoyed the course and found it very engaging. just waiting for the results now.

Rollout Training
Well done for the recent portal training organised by Shield for my management team.
There was a lot of time spent putting together a bespoke program specifically for LSP. As well as being used on the day it was saved onto each individuals portal as a point of reference for the future use.

The training facilities weren't ideal but were worked with by the Shield team to ensure the session was delivered.

All managers have reported they enjoyed their sessions and are now better prepared in understanding the Shield portal layout and actions they need to take.

I know I can look forward with confidence having all key areas now rolled out to the management team which I hope will reflect in the pending audits.
