Not a single qualifed call given, they just collect the setup fee from you, stay profitable on the front end with their ads, then James goes ghost and leaves you with a CSM. Reached out dirctly, no response. After 3 months, I asked why no calls have been booked, they responded with something along the lines of "I think it's best if we stop here"

Lesson learned, don't outsource your marketing

Big promises, tied to a guarantee (that they don't back-emailed James Shield directly with no response), with very poor delivery.
I was promised 5+ qualified calls booked and confirmed before booking in month 1. Filled my calendar and wasted my time with people who were not expecting a call, didn't answer, had no idea what would be discussed and clearly there was no effort to actually confirm the appointment before the call. Wasted a huge amount of my time and money.
Should have followed my instincts when the sales guy had enthusiasm but everyone else came across like they could literally care less.

Where an ad agency targeting financial services, so it's a bit trickier than a normal campaign despite that James and Thomas helped us book just over 40 appointments in the 90 days working with them
