Dress arrived, smelling of fish, and it was the wrong color and size (I had even paid extra for made to measure service). Linda, on email acknowledged that they had made a mistake with the size and color but then refused an exchange or refund. The best I was offered was an 8% refund which was disgusting considering the situation. Appalling customer service and basically a scam company. Do not use them. Dresses look nothing like pictures!!!!

I used this crappie company for a dress costing £155 arrived 1 bra cup at my should the other went to my arm they asked for photos sent them then they offered a remake for £84 this was supposed to be with 70% of said will seno back as didn't want 2 dresses the same would not give return address offered me 8% which was just over £11 had no choice as would not give address kept asking this Linda but no joy DO NOT USE THEM IT'S A RIPOFF

The website says they offer refunds. I was unhappy with my dress &twanged a refund & they offered 8%!!!! So disgusted. I paid 180 dollars for a dress that had beading falling off when it arrived!

The dress that I ordered took a long time to arrive. When it finally arrived it was nothing like the picture & the size was actually ridiculous. It was far too big even though you had to specify measurements on their website. There was no information about returns, no return address & when you try to contact them through the website, that's not possible either. I was really surprised to see that some people got a full refund. Would love to know how they managed to contact this company to get a refund. My advice - stay well away from this company.

I purchased a dress for my daughter for her debs, I paid 27.50 extra for quick delivery. The dress when it arrived (was not within the days they promised...despite their customer service emailing to say it would arrive "soon") was shabby, it was nothing like the picture, I had to pay to get it altered. When I complained, I was asked to send pictures which i did, I asked for a refund they offered a pathetic 25.00....I declined saying I would rather spend time every day telling people what their products and disgraceful customer service were like!

Omg where to start..this company is scam nothing els. I ordered dress from shillas the dress came nothing like pics and really bad material and colour too. Cut and fitting is horrible. I did not like the dress at all I tried to contact them and now I'm busy with them more then 4 weeks exechanging emails they will not refund me the money or exchange the dress so basically this company is rubbish. I can't believe I lost money for piece of Material. Please don't buy anything from this company. They are thieves liars and they are not based in UK. I wish I did know about this reviews before I purchased my dress. Shillas campany has made me so upset and disappointed. & I have reported this company Everyone should do it too. And there's no return address no phone numbers nothing that you can contact them only email.

My friend ordered a dress for her wedding from shillas after seeing it on the website. As she doesn't have Internet access my email was used for correspondence.

Oh boy...it was hideous nothing like the dress on the website and they got the sizing totally wrong.
The website states returns accepted...this is a total lie! There is no return address and "linda" at shillas although replies to emails all you get is one excuse after another. But I can guarantee you that she will not send a return address. This website needs shutting down and fast. The whole company is nothing but a shoddy scam and the dresses are over the top poor quality and are not cheap
STAY AWAY if not for the fact I had to use a star to post it is worthy of no stars

I ordered a dress from Shillas.co.uk. I did not realise the company is not based in UK but Hong Kong. The website looks like uk, they have prices in pounds but suspiciously no address of the company on the web. I didn't realise it at the time and thought I ordered from UK based company. The dress arrived about 4 weeks after. It's poor quality, badly made, does not fit, too tight, big bulge at belly area and flat in bum area. So horrible that I nearly cried! I contacted the company and they did not want to provide a return address and said they won't give money back although they stated on web that they accept returns. If you order from this company, bear in mind - there are no returns and if you don't like the item that you bought - you will never ever get your money back!!!!
Dresses are so expensive on shillas that you could get a nice dress from UK based company where you actually have consumers rights and a chance to return the item if it does not fit!!!
I reported my case to actionfraud web.
Please contact action fraud police uk website and send a complaint. This web should be banned. Shillas should not be allowed to sell anything in UK. Do not let them rob more people and help to keep online purchasing safe!!! Please guys help!

Sent a completely different dress, wrong colour, wrong size, wrong material, had a zip instead of buttons, material is cheap, had sleeves when my dress is sleeveless, and the material was sewn inside out. They are not offering a refund, their customer services is rude and negligent, please do not purchase from them. It looked like a 5 year old sewed it. And they shipped it a day before my wedding. It is completely unacceptable.

Only last week I reported Shillas company to UK fraud office after receiving advice off another customer.
I have just checked my Bank account and they have REFUNDED ME IN FULL.
I must be the first person to receive a refund off these people.
There`s now hope for you all.

Bought a dress for a wedding, did not look like the photograph. Cheap material, not well made. No chance of a refund! !

I ordered two dresses and they are complete disaster.I just found this website and all the comments made me really worried.Looks like there is no chance to get any money back from this company.I was very confident about my purchase as they have only amazing comments on their website probably they are all made up stories.

I purchased a dress for my forthcoming company's Christmas party. What a complete piece of rag!!! Poor fit and quality. Nothing like the photograph. The most expensive mistake I've ever made. It went straight in the bin where it belongs. Don't buy anything from this company infact steer well clear. This company should be prosecuted and closed down. They are ripping off unsuspecting customers on a daily basis. Daylight robery!!!!

This company are thieves. I cancelled my order within their 24 hour window. I was promised a full refund and have several emails from them promising my refund but over a month later and it's still not been processed. My credit card company are now involved. Such a hassle. Stay well away from them!

Bought a dress for one of my bridesmaids from here. Ordered it to be tailored made. It arrived in the wrong colour and was about 5 sizes too big (genuinely). Asked for details on how I could return it but they refused to share this. Eventually they offered me a 9% refund on the £100 dress. Before I ordered I even checked with them if they would do full refunds if there was any issue and they confirmed yes. It also says this on the website. The last email I received from them when I asked for a rationale response as to why they would not refund fully, simply said "the dresses are already good value, how else can we make a profit?". The dress is totally unwearable, it will probably cost the same amount to get it tailored to fit properly. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS POOR QUALITY, IMMORAL COMPANY!!

I have read all reviews after I ordered a wedding dress, was so scared that I won't ever get it, so I bought another dress. After a week being late shillas wedding dress came and wow was amazing, perfect fit and better than it showed on shillas page, made my wedding day and photos so perfect. Thank you Shillas.co. uk

I wish I had read these other reviews before buying my wedding dress from these people, they are complete scam artists. I ordered my wedding dress from them and, despite being assured it would turn up on time, it didn't arrive until the day before my wedding by which time I'd had to purchase another dress. Now they are refusing to give me a refund. They are not based in the UK as advertised but in Hong Kong. Please, please, please do not waste your time or money.

Do not buy it. They are not based in UK, but China or Hongkong.
They will send you really poorly made dress, and won't give you a refund. This is totally breaching their return policy.

I am going to file this scammer to FTC and put them in justice.

I ordered 1 dress off here to try out.. it came and although needed alternation it was nice. I then ordered then next 3.. that came and did not match! All the backs were different.
The company accepted this.. however went on with pathetic suggestions such as "selling the dresses" make do and I'll get bigger discount next time.. I'm getting married once by the way!

I spent over £400 in total and I now have 4 bridesmaids dresses that do not match! I could be more upset or more annoyed with this company! I could kick myself that I havnt paid via credit card or PayPal.. my chances of a refund are slim.

Wish I had read these reviews before .. I could cry!
