Shine Bathroom Avis 599

Still waiting for full control in the app. After adjusting my timer, it still sprays immediately after a flush, no matter what I do. I need to be able to add about 15 seconds to the timer to get it to work properly, but that had yet to be added to the app.

I bought 3 and the subscription, they never worked right and then the company filed bankruptcy. I now have 3 very expensive paperweights.

Never received product ordered in July 2021. I found a webpage (Shine Bathroom) with NO contact info to the company to inquire. However what is very concerning is that in the left bottom corner of the webpage it shows that people are still actively buying the product. What a scam. I notified my CC company and they will try to refund me. I am not too hopeful at this point.

Never received my order after 15 months and multiple times reaching out. They won’t respond and won’t refund. These guys are a scam!

My less than one year old device is no longer functional as it started leaking into the battery compartment. When I tried to contact customer service I recieved no response. Went to their website and found it is no longer up. Has been this way for several weeks now. Has company gone out of business? Very disappointed.

I wouldn’t give them any stars if I could! It only worked for a couple months. I’ve tried to reach the support team and no one has responded. Save your money this is a horrible product and a worse company.

I bought this supposedly bathroom cleaner last year and received it when they said I would. However, when I set it up it would not connect to wireless and left messages with the company which were never returned. I have a white elephant in my bathroom which sucks for my pocket.

Total mistake. Even using three pods (and there are only two of us using the bathroom) I still need to scrub out the toilet.

First, delivery of product was very late (nearly a year) Company has been less than adequate at supplying product (pods) required for product to work properly. Now appears they will declare an alternative to bankruptcy.

Horrible!! Company went out of business and left their customers with worthless devices.

I have not heard anything back from them or been able to renew my pods for months now. I assume they have closed up shop.

Unfortunately, I have had 2 shines stop working, both within a few short months of obtaining them. Shine won’t respond to emails.

Great product. Does what it says it’ll do. So easy to use also!

The app needs updated, you can't get any answers and, I have had pods on order for several weeks with no response. What is going ones? Is the company still on business?

Complete failure to deliver on your promises. A total waste or money.

Company folded. No support of any kind. Stay away.
