Colours are nothing like advertised, instead of being vibrant they're dark and dull. I had two of the same colour in one pack. The polish chips off as soon as its dried. Contacted customer service and they advised me to buy another pack and they'd give me a 10% discount- cheek of it.

I would give this 0 stars! Awful product. Nothing at all like advertised. All the colours are the same and look awful on the nails they are patchy and run off almost straight away. Contacted customer support who never responded at all and when ringing line just goes to voicemail. This product is a total scam. DO NOT BUY

Awful muddy colours, paid for all three sets and most of the colours look the same. Tried out one pen and my nails looked horrendous like some child had coloured them with a felt tip. Within an hour they had smudged and my hands were covered in the dreadful sludge. I've been contacting shine galore for over a year trying to obtain a refund.

I placed an order with Shine Galore on 17 April and it is now 11 May and I still haven’t received it and don’t think I ever will. I have sent 2 emails to customer support with no response. The phone number goes straight to voicemail. Customer service is non existent.

I ordered mine last year near to Christmas I think, I can't remember the date because they must have taken a while to arrive because I had forgotten that I had ordered them.

I ordered number's 2, 5, 17, 18 and 19. The pinks.
The colours are nothing like the colour on the pen, they all look red, burgundy or brown, not the pretty pinks I imagined they would be. I did shake them all to see if it made a difference but it only made them runny.
What a waste of money, I could have bought felt tip pens cheaper.

They are not easy to use either, especially on the right hand. Trying to fill in the sides is very difficult not to get it all over the skin.
Don't waste your money.

Shine Galore nail paint pens- had them for Christmas. Really disappointed with the quality, it looked as if I had used a crayon. Tried different techniques after watching the video of how to apply it , still really bad.
My friend ( who gave them to me for Christmas) and I have both emailed the company to register my complaint but not even had a response back from them.

Paid start of January and never received it. Customer service number is constantly unavailable and I've not gotten an answer to any of the emails to customer service. SCAM.

Awful company, after a month of waiting my order never arrived and now they’re offering me a 50% refund because apparently that’s my fault. Absolutely appalling, don’t get stung by them and avoid!!!!

Not fit for purpose. Don’t bother.
You’ll need a base coat and clear ‘top coat’ they provide is pants. Stains your nails when you do remove it. Please don’t waste your money.
PS: took awhile to arrive

Husband ordered me a nail pen kit as a cmas gift on 11th december and it arrived on 30th despite packaging saying 48hr delivery and no communication from seller. Colours are absolutely nothing like advertised- all look very dark red/brown. Quality of varnish is very poor and watery. Images on company website very misleading. Wish i'd looked on this site at reviews before buying. Will not buy from this company again, total scam.

Awful product and awful service
As many others have stated I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased this product. The colours do not look like the advertised colours and the nail varnish lasted around 2 hours before it started peeling off.
I contacted shinegalore for a refund, due to the shoddyness of the product. They informed me they would release the refund if I sent the item back, which i did.
They then stated the refund had been released, this is 2 months ago and I am yet to receive it. Absolute scam from start to finish. I now have no item (which would have gone to my 6 year old niece as a Christmas present) and I am out of pocket of £30!!

Sadly I saw the bad reviews AFTER I had already purchased. Disappointed doesn't even come close. My nails started chipping within HOURS of application. Save your money. These nail pens are garbage.

I bought a ShineGalore Nail paint pen kit with its own clear nail polish as a means to get a quick and easy manicure but it's not great. The pen ink separates on a nail's surface and the clear nail polish even after dying is sticky.

Disappointing.

Rubbish. Basically felt tips and a cheap clear polish, colours (Ruby set) look nothing like they are supposed to - cerise pink n18 is a horrible brownish red. The paler pink n17 is even darker. Too thin on first application but a second coat is like going over a felt tip and leaves patches where the first coat has been virtually removed. Unfixable. Not even that easy to apply - painting right hand is harder than traditional nail polish. Chips covered every nail within a few hours and had to remove - left nails stained red ugh. Fit for bin only. To be fair, principle is quite clever but quality shockingly bad and insanely inaccurate colours! Must not get swayed by nonsense adverts on social media!

Like most other reviews, wish I had read these first. Absolute rubbish, not worth the money.
They looked great, but the sapphire is all really dark and the scuff really easily. I even tried putting on a different top coat and still bad.
Also they stain your nails when you take the colour off
DO NOT BUY.

This product is total and utter rubbish. Do not waste your money. Chips/rubs off in less than 24 hours even with two layers of top coat. Total fiddle! No option for refund if dissatisfied.

The colours are literally like using felt tip pens, dull no shine whatsoever. Also the colours are no way near what was advertised. A complete waste of money

I ordered 2 sets as gifts! I will not be giving these as gifts, I’m too embarrassed! Absolutely shocking, no instructions how to use, they arrived 4wks to late, colours are not what you see on-line, some had leaked..

These colours are nothing like they look on the pictures. I ordered amethyst and all the colours come out dirty brown. Total waste of money and false advertising. Not Happy at all ☹️
Update absolutely not contact from the company on getting a refund.. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!
