I would rate zero stars if I could. This was the worst online buying experience I ever had. They never sent me my order and just took my money without a refund. Customer service wasn't just bad they were belligerent. Buyer STRONGLY beware.

WARNING ⚠️ do not order from this company they are a scam. Ordered clothes they never arrived when I clicked on the link to view order the website had been shut down. Avoid at all costs

2 jackets ordered & paid for, they did not arrive, it's been 3 months, when I emailed them they asked me to check with my neighbours, which I had obviously done, I never have any problems with deliveries to my house, they would not tell me which courier they use. They said they would give me a refund, but it's been 2 months now & I have received nothing. I would advise everyone NOT to use this company as they are a total scam, I wish had read the reviews before I ordered from them. They do not deserve one star. Disgraceful!

I had a terrible experience with Shine Products and want to warn others to stay far away. This company is a complete scam. They overcharge by sneakily adding additional items to your order that you never asked for. When I tried to contact customer service, they were completely unhelpful and refused to take responsibility for the unauthorized charges.

It’s clear they operate with shady practices just to squeeze more money out of customers. Don’t fall for their flashy website or marketing – it’s not worth the headache or the extra charges. I will never be using Shine Products again and strongly recommend you avoid them too!

I order very often from shine and make hauls and the stuff the outfits everything is very great. I was interested to earn money from this if that is possible.

Shine Products / Shine Wellness - Total Scam. I thought I'd try some tabs at £30 and they sent me £99 bill. I complained and then they went AWOL. Had to launch a fraud claim at my bank.
Proper Keto Gummies are probably fake claims also esp if Dragons Den advert and letter signed by Eva James. Only resolution is to report to fraud investigators and Advertising Standards Authority. I also blame Facebook also no due diligence whatsoever.

I stupidly bought 3 x bottle this morning. I read the ad which clearly said £33. I did not realise that was per bottle. Their advertising is very deceitful and they practice unlawfully! I've demanded that they do NOT take the funds (as the transaction is pending) and informed my bank. I will contact the police if that money goes out! I'm also changing my debit card. I really don't want these scammers to have those details. I wish I'd read these reviews sooner!

It's a scam he isn't a doctor and overcharged for the products. there is no invoice in the awful packaging. I was charged over £70 for a product that was 39.99. yet another scam for the ombudsman.

ive payed £298 i was lead to believe it was dragon den keto gummies now ive just received a bill from customs wanting £95.28 they have said send them the bill which i have done they keep denying that they have received it i just want my money back scammers beware.

Items haven't arrived after 4 weeks. Contacted customer services who said it's the delivery peoples problem and told me to have a nice life.

This joke of a company don't deserve any stars. If there was the option to put NONE then I would. My mum who's in her 70s placed an order with Shine after seeing an ad on Facebook. She ordered 2 tops at the end of July which have never been delivered. Upon contacting them by email, my mum was told the parcel had been delivered and signed for. She has NOT received this item and has absolutely NOT signed for anything from Shine. After several emails back to them, asking where her parcel is, they continue to say it has been delivered. LIARS. They have requested she send them more money to cover the cost of re-posting the parcel!! They asked for 15 dollars. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS, ROBBING PEOPLE OF THEIR MONEY. Any email correspondence from them begins with the same response and ends with the logistics people are looking into it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE AWFUL PEOPLE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Out of interest, has anyone been successful in obtaining a refund. It's absolutely disgusting they are carrying on doing this to people.

Omg I've just the reviews and wished I had before ordering. I placed an order on the 26th July and received a tracking message yesterday, 26th August saying it was delivered and signed for and, guess what?, I haven't received my order!!!! Have sent an email but guess I've lost my money - £44.00!!!

I ordered months ago from this site and did not receive my order !!! Anytime I e mail I get a e mail in Chinese in return ! So annoyed !!! Wish I had read reviews before I ordered … please do NOT order from here !!!!!
