I would give them a zero if I could since I never received my order. To start they over charged me. What actually hit my credit card was more than the invoice showed. When I reached out they corrected it. Then their tracking showed me that package had come into the country (not a US company as they claim) and then sat for over a week. When I reached out they said they would follow up. Still no movement. I reached out again and they claimed my local post office had returned the package and now they couldn’t access it so the only thing I could do was pay them shipping and additional to compensate for the lost product! So now they have taken my money and I have received nothing with no solution proposed that doesn’t involve me sending them in more money.

I have subsequently determined that I think they may have sent the package with $10+ of postage due. Because their tracking was not correct I had no way to know the package was from them and was not aware of anything I ordered that should have postage due. So if you do order and receive a notice from the post office if a package with postage due… it’s likely these guys.

I would strongly advise against doing business with Shineshore!!

Save your money! This company is a scam. I bought the advent book and upon receiving it it’s not as advertised. The books are just folded paper held by a staple. NOT WORTH THE MONEY

This is nothing more than a scam. I ordered the advent calendar of little books. I waited a month and a half. I still have not received them and now they are telling me that they were unable to deliver them to me and I am disabled. I’m not working. I’m in a wheelchair. I cannot drive so I am home every day all day And no one tried to deliver this when I reached out to customer service for help. They told me basically it’s not their fault because they shipped it but in my mind, they are a scam because they took my money and I have nothing for it. I will never order from this company again and if anybody ever asks me my experience, I will be sure to let them know that I did reach out to customer service and basically you have my money and I have nothing and you’re doing nothing to fix the problem.

Received my advent books and let me tell you what a disappointment what a cheap looking knock off. I can’t even believe this is what I was sent. I have tried to contact them. They have no 800 number to contact them emailed them and just got a response back about my delivery for what you pay for this and what they promised you on TV is false advertisement. I can take pictures to show what I received and money is not cheap these days to receive something that you got as a gift for an elderly person that would’ve been so excited to get these to hang on their tree.

I purchased two advent calendars that were supposed to contain tiny replicas of classic novels that could be hung as ornaments. The items I received were nothing like the images provided on the website, not even close. And worse, there were additional charges that I feel were not appropriately disclosed. I attempted to work with the company for a refund, and they offered me $7.00. The order was over $90! I complained to PayPal, and now I'm waiting for the matter to be processed. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from this company.

Ordered the solar lights and received. Placed in sun to charge with solar and the plastic bulbs melted. I contacted Shineshore and they told me they responded;

"I really want to solve the problem for you, but I'm just a small customer service.
Since the product we sent you is correct, I do not have the authority to refund you or resend .
Please accept my sincere apology. My kind customer.
On behalf of the company, I express my sincere apologies to you.
I will feed your questions back to the company leaders, and we will work hard to improve the service.
Thank you very much for your understanding and generosity."

Zero stars. This company needs to be investigated asap. My purchase was close to 2months ago. Tracking information has been the longest ever encountered. All of a sudden, my package has been delivered, yet I never received anything from these people.

This company failed to deliver my product and Refuses to Provide me a Refund!

They hired the carrier that claims the delivery was done however it NEVER made it to my home.

This company is FRAUDULENT- Do not use!

Fraud/ Fraud/ Fraud/ Fraud!! They will try to Steal Your Money !!!

Ordered a street /yard light Dec 26 and never received it. Tracked from Hungry and said it was delivered. Checked at post office in person and they said it never came. Filed a claim with PayPal and they sided with Company and denied claim. They even gave me fake tracking numbers. Scam company and I am having doubts about PayPal.

I ordered their light on 12/25/2024. Said it was shipped from spain through their tracker. Then on 1/24/2025 they said it was delivered to our front door. It wasnt as our diliveries go through our service door. They said check neighbors and the post office. Well i checked all our carriers and they never seen it. Plus they put in system. nothing. Went on a all service tracker, couldnt be found. They just say check with neighbors and post office. I think I'll just contact my credit card. Bad customer service. I would give 0 if i could

I received the one foot long bull shit light. I was purchasing according to your lying ass add. You are scammers and if you fail to respond as you have already done i will start posting this all over social media.
I wish to send back this tiny piece of crap. You claim to have a return policy but you have ignored the first text I sent you.

Ordered solar lights.They look huge in adds but when you receive they are smalllike 10 limes smaller than Huge ones they show online. perfect size for Ken and Barbie dollhouse then for a normal size house.

Item wouldn’t work. They wonts replace it and only offered $4 for refund.

I have been waiting for 3 months for my order snd NOTHING yet.
Emailed them and now they say there was a problem in the shipping papers at the border snd have now corrected the problem but still nothing.

This place is a scam. Ordered their lights. Supposed transit must have been walking/swimming it from Europe, then get an email saying it was delivered 4 days earlier. Sorry, I have Ring doorbell cam, nothing came that day or the next. I've disputed the charge.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Ordered off the shoulder top supposed to be one size fits all. Paid $50 USD for it. It's unbearable material is CHEAP and they refuse to do a return. Steer clear of these. I will NEVER buy off an ad posted on FB or Instagram again!

Don't buy, crap item. Near 50% failure rate.
I bought 7 of these lights. 3 coloured, 2 white and 2 warm white in December. 1 white didn't work at all, even after leaving it in the sun for a couple of days. Shoreshine said they would send a replacement but haven't heard anything back. I have since had 2 other lights stop working. The other white and a warm white. I put a alkaline battery in them and they worked. I have bought spare solar batteries that I charge up and insert, and have realised the problem with is they can't charge the battery in sunshine. Only work until the battery is flat. Also, the plastic spike comes off if you decide to move them and is left in the ground for you to dig out. Not enough silicone is used to stop water from travelling down the tube, which allows water to enter the battery compartment. Rust is already forming on some battery terminals. Crap item.

Worst sweater ever. The thread is hanging out from everywhere. Doesn’t fit anything like the person advertising it!!!! Not even the same sweater. It looks like it cost them 1.00 to make it but charged me 70 plus duty. Beware. Scam and deceiving. I can’t believe I fell for it. Threw it in the garbage - not worth donating. No one can wear it.
