Choking hazard! We bought toys that had suction cups on the bottom and my 1 year old grandson was able to pull the suction cups off and put it in his my within an hour.
I contacted the company several times with NO answer.

I strongly advise against buying from this store.
I ordered a “Montessori Wooden Busy House” and was extremely disappointed with the quality. The paint comes off simply by wiping the surface with a tissue. This is completely unacceptable for a product intended for babies, who naturally put everything in their mouths.
This raises serious concerns about safety, quality control, and whether the materials used are actually non-toxic, as claimed.
Additionally, the product appears to be low-quality mass-produced goods sold at a premium price, with misleading branding.
I have photo evidence of the paint transferring immediately upon contact.
I cannot recommend this product or this company to any parent who values safety and quality.
Buyers beware.

Fancy website but really a total scam! products are shipped from china very poor quality should have cost 1/2 price takes forever to get here and when you request a return they just send you the address in china to mail it to, which would cost as much as the product so not even worth it. dont waste your money on this fancy looking website its not real its products you would not even get from amazon or alibaba express

I ordered a gift on 12/1 and received it on 12/24. They have a distribution center in MO, but my item came directly from China. Tracking was horrible. No info provided as to when it would be delivered. I didn't know if I should buy my grandson a different gift. When delivered 3 weeks later on 12/24, the smaller-sized item was sent to me rather than the large item that I paid for. On 12/26, they asked me to send pics of the box of the wrong item and they would take care of it "right away." Since then, they won't respond to any of my emails. I had to give my grandson something, so he got the "smaller" gift. It broke the next day. Their phone number doesn't work. I filed a dispute with my credit card company today. Looked on their website today, and they only publish the positive reviews. I submitted on a while ago and it's not there. Let's see if my new 1-star review shows.

Completely scammed. Phone number no longer works. Automated online chat introduces itself and then goes black. If you ask it any questions about your order. I can’t find any trace of my order anywhere, it’s so crazy because the site looks so legit. Just a word of caution before you order something from shinymarch online. I hope anyone who is thinking about ordering something from them reads these reviews first.

The company is difficult to get in touch with. I had one toy arrive broken which isn't surprising given the condition of the flimsy box it arrived in. I have not received a response from them since 11/20/25. I have sent numerous emails but I am out $63 for broken and another unusable toy for Christmas gifts.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. THE PRODUCT IS NOTHING LIKE IT IS PICTURED ONLINE. IVE TRIED FIR 10 days to get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION !! My credit card stopped payment to them.

On December 11, I made a purchase had an order number. They took the money out of my credit card. I have not received the package. There is no info on the order number or tracking number. The phone number they gave me goes nowhere. I emailed them and get no info I would not buy from this company I would assume I got ripped off.

Chat said can’t find our order .. we have screenshot.. hit our Credit card, no response since then!!! Beware

Beware this company! The Rainbow Stacking toy that I ordered was not as shown in the Instagram ad. When I tried to contact the company, they never replied to their on Chat feature. After multiple emails, they only agreed to replace, not refund the item, and finally quit responding.

I received one item I ordered but not my Russian Blocks Puzzle × 1 Classic Red $29.99.
I sent two emails asking Shinymarch to rectify things, but got no reply.

Customer service hasn’t responded to any but 1 of my multiple emails. It’s been 20+ business days with no tracking number. On the only email they responded to a week ago, they stated everything was in stock and a tracking number would be given within 2 days. Nothing. Terrible customer service and quite honestly the site appears to be a scam since nobody can respond, they took my money, and nothing has been shipped. DO NOT BUY. I have even notified them in email id report them and review them if no response- so I provided you time to make amends.

I ordered an orange busy house two weeks ago, for $300, with an expected delivery date of 24 - 48 hours. However, it finally arrived today 12,/27/24!
Once unpacked, it looked very nice, except there is one component that does not work! It is the light switch, which is battery operated. I changed the provided batteries with my own batteries, but still will NOT work. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied with this busy house by Montessori.
