Justin with Ship Auto communicated very well with me. He let me know correct price upfront and made sure I was up to date even though drive came hours later after set time. Once he picked up, I was able to track locals my vehicle which was very helpful. The tow man ended up not completing the full delivery due to mechanical issues. The driver also had great communication and provided me a discount for the inconvenience! Thank you for your service regardless it made it from state to state for an affordable price!

I was told the total cost to ship the vehicle was $600 and deposit $150 (which I did deposit) and $450 due at delivery. On the day of pickup, "Emma Jones" tell me the new price is $1300. She said the first price is quote only and being rule about it and said this and that it my fault for signing the contract etc. when I specific asking $600 is everything then I sign for it. I cancel the shipment and she said you have to pay the fee $200 by Vemo etc. Later she said the best she can do is $1150, I said no. This company is a nightmare and appears to be a scam, offering low bids that they change at the last minute. I lost $150 because of this company. BE AWARE and AVOID this company and don't deposit anything until the vehicle is pick up.

Price quoted was exactly what I paid. Brad was great to work with. Switched to Brad and Ship Auto Now after being quoted one price that doubled after a paid deposit with another company. Brad was honest and great to work with. The vehicle was delivered in Washington state from florida early than expected. All persons/drivers were professional and very personable! I would use them again!
