Shipmate has made our entire shipping process significantly smoother. Before using it, we had to copy and paste order details from our platform into courier websites, which was time-consuming and often led to errors.
Now everything is integrated, so labels and shipments can be created much faster without the manual work. It has saved us a lot of time and reduced mistakes in our dispatch process.
The branded tracking portal is another great feature – it gives our customers a much more professional experience when tracking their orders.

As a business we love shipmate!, It is so simple to use and make generating labels a lot easier than manually writing them!
The customer service team is great, very fast at responding and answering any question you have.

We experienced some minor issues integrating Shipmate with Linnworks (we did not have access to our admin account - this was not a Shipmate issue). Martin at Shipmate arranged a teams call to rectify the issue and was very helpful in getting us back on track :) The system is very simple to use and the potential to integrate with our Shopify account. Shipmate is a game changer! Simplifies shipping and creating labels with few clicks, it’s easy to use and works with different carriers, including AnPost in Ireland.
Martin and the support team are world class so if there’s any issues they’ll sort you out in no time. They always go above and beyond to provide world class customer support which combined with a great software means you can hardy find anything better than Shipmate.

We first looked at implementing a unified shipping API system in our custom WMS/ERP system 6-7 years ago, but sadly the industry wasn't quite there yet. I'm pleased to say, they are now, and Shipmate is definitely leading the pack!
They have integrations with every courier we currently use and can foresee using in the future, their API is simple and easy to implement, and their customer service is stellar. I don't think i've ever had to wait more than an hour (within business hours) for a response, and they have kept me well appraised of ongoing progress when it comes to setting up new courier integrations and any problems that have arisen.
We've only been working with them for just over 2 months, but I fully expect to see savings on our shipping costs due to their system automatically selecting the best courier to use within the given parameters, and can already see time savings and fewer mistakes in our warehouse as a direct result. I hope we will be able to work with them for many years to come!

Our transition to Shipmate away from our previous supplier has been seamless and fuss-free thanks to their excellent support and hand-holding during onboarding and set up. Under a tight deadline, we’ve been able to continue using Peoplevox WMS for our warehouse operations with no disruption to customer service and we’re now printing shipping labels faster than ever, with reduced costs, using a far superior delivery management platform

It's been an absolute pleasure having Shipmate as a service partner. The care and support that the team has shown (from the Managing Director to the support team) since the initial inquiry years ago, has been second to none. Antony (MD) even took time out to email us on Monday with alternative options to Tuffnells. Businesses are normally happy to cut costs, but it's with sadness that we leave Shipmate.

I am not a tech person so anything I use has to be user friendly. Shipmate site is very simple to use and so effective for our business.
Any issues email support team and within 1 min we receive a response with a ticket number and 10-15 mins after issues resolved.. Where do you get this service in 2023???
