I ordered from this website on Feb.23,2026 . I have emailed to the company for a tracking number , haven’t received that or my order . I am so sick of ordering off of these companies on the Facebook platform . They are always a ripoff . It is disgusting !!! I will report to BBB but this company is from China so nothing will be done .

I ordered my AI glass on Jan 3 and still haven’t received any update on tracking.Theres no tracking number and I email and message multiple times and they have no respond at all.

Company offered a 30 day money back guarantee… I was sent a product with no way of using it! There is no vape, just what looks like refills. I have asked 3 times if they sell a vape I can use. I was offered a 30% refund with no explanation as to how I can actually use the product if I want to. The whole thing is a scam.

I ended up getting my Dad book shipped to the wrong address by accident and they graciously sent me a new one with no charge!! I appreciate that kind of customer service so much and will def look at their website again for gifts, thank you, thank you!!

This company is a scam. Ordered an item and credit card was charged. Never received the item. There is no customer service phone number. Website has you fill out contact. Did this two timeds with no response.

I ordered a Gnome advent calendar which cost me $79 dollars. Let’s just say what arrived was not what they advertised. It is cheap and nasty and all I got was three badly made gnomes and 22 small rubber Christmas things that look like something people put on their crocs. Don’t buy anything from them.

Placed an order at the beginning of July, I received the confirmation by email but nothing else. This store seems to be linked between multiple entities heyisail, shiptosail, flewsail and playfulhare) and you get no support or answers. Last time I order something on something else than Amazon. AVOID AVOID AVOID

First and last time I will buy through this website. 2 items were both same size ordered but when received one doesn’t fit at all and the other one is very small. Return policy states if the problem with the items is the consumer error then the consumer is required to pay postage. The items are received. We’re not my problem. They were incorrect as far as size was concerned even though I ordered two of the same size. Would not recommend this website to anyone to make purchases. I have learnt my lesson never again.
