I flew into another city to look at a car to buy and booked everything ahead of time. They promised me they will have someone ready to ship it but the driver they assigned had a disconnected number and they couldn't get a hold of him either. Afterwards blamed it on driver shortage and told me they will find someone within the next day. 2 days later still couldn't book anyone and no one wants to answer the phone. I had to flew back without shipping the car and now the seller is helping me load the car but charging me a storage fee. I booked with another company and new driver assigned and no issues same day. Stay away from these clowns, you been warned.

I contracted ShipWit on January 17, 2026. I paid a $250 deposit toward the originally quoted price of $690, leaving a remaining COD balance of $450. At no point during the quoting process was I informed that the price could change, and I confirmed the final balance with the rep multiple times.
After a carrier was assigned, I received a notification that the COD amount had increased to $700, adding an unexpected $250. This increase was never disclosed or authorized. When the first driver arrived, they were unable to load the vehicle because it would not start and they did not have the proper equipment to pull or place it onto the carrier, requiring the pickup to be rescheduled.
On January 27, I received another notification stating a driver might arrive on January 28 and that I should reply if I had any changes. That same notification showed yet another price increase—an additional $700, bringing the total to $1100, not including the deposit already paid.
I immediately responded on January 27 stating:
“Please cancel if the amount cannot be reduced to the agreed amount.”
I received no response.
Despite my cancellation request, the driver still arrived. I contacted the driver’s dispatcher directly, explained the situation, and he attempted to reach ShipWit. He informed me that ShipWit refused to negotiate due to “bookkeeping” and also stated he does not like doing business with them as well, which reinforced my concerns.
I selected ShipWit after researching companies to avoid these types of issues, but communication with the rep stopped after the deposit was paid. He pretty much ghosted me. The promised pickup date did not occur initially, the pricing changed multiple times without disclosure, and my cancellation request was ignored.
The service was misleading, unprofessional, and inconsistent with the terms originally agreed upon. I am requesting a refund of my $250 deposit through BBB. Regardless of the outcome, this complaint is necessary so others are not misled or taken advantage of in the same way.

SCAM! STOLEN LAMBORGHINI. Shipwit sent a scam company to come pick up my Lamborghini Saturday, December 27 and I just had to report the car stolen!!!!! $3000 worth of golf clubs was also in that car. I have a police report and I will be pressing charges.

ShipWit is a SCAM. I signed a contract with ShipWit stating my vehicle would be picked up on 11/24. Toward the end of the business day on the 24th my car still had not been picked up. I called ShipWit dispatch several times and no one answered. I called ShipWit dispatch another 10 times the following day and no one answered. I emailed, texted, called and got no reply. My car was finally picked up two days late and delivered 5 days late. Upon delivery the transporter demanded $900 when I was quoted $790 and had already made a $230 deposit. I spoke to the transporter and we both tried to reach out to ShipWit with no response. I ended up paying $1130 when I was quoted $790. My car was picked up two days late and delivered five days late. Beware of ShipWit. They are scammers who will wash their hands of you as soon as you submit your deposit. After everything I counted the failed communication attempts. I called 22 times, left 6 voicemails, texted 6 times and emailed 3 times.
