El servicio de atención al cliente es muy malo son muy bordes hacia el cliente me a pasado muchas veces que contestan mal o a mis amigos antes te daban soluciones en 30 minutos a 1 hora y ahora cuando les da la gana te ayudan es muy pésimo nunca más voy a usar este cajero no lo recomiendo te marean mucho

Metes el dinero en el cajero y se quedan con él. Luego te piden un montón de cosas pero en vez de pedirte lo que necesitan de una vez, te van puteando pidiéndolas de una en una y mareando. Son lo peor

Wpłaciłem dzisiaj głupie 100zł i chciałem kupić krypto w bitomacie w Gdyni przy ul. Śląskiej ale nie zaliczyło mi wpłaty a pieniądze zabrało więc tel do suportu i rozmowa na chacie. Jeden pan zapewniał że w ciągu 2h otrzymam pieniądze na wskazany adres portfela a drugi zapewniał że najpóźniej PO 22:00 otrzymam swoje pieniądze. Wszystko fajnie ale jak zapytałem dlaczego akurat PO 22 skoro support pracuje do godziny 22, a była godzina 18, odpowiedział że w takich wypadkach tak jest i już. Więc uwierzyłem na słowo nie jednej a dwóch osób...no i co...do tej pory zero wpłaty z ich strony. Całe szczęście to tylko 100zł ale dlaczego mam być stratny a coś czuję że będę tylko w takim wypadku niewiele mogę zrobić bo maszyna nie wydała żadnego potwierdzenia. Więc zrobię wam, wszędzie gdzie mogę, taki marketing że ci co będą chcieli skorzystać z waszych usług zastanowią się 2 razy. Także kochani OMIJAĆ ICH PUNKTY Z DALEKA.
Ps. Nie ma tej lokalizacji na liście punktów więc zaznaczyłem BRAK KONKRETNEJ LOKALIZACJI

No me ha gustado que les he comprado ya varias veces y siempre tengo que estar escribiendo al soporte para que miren mi transaccion luego me piden una verificacion y se tardan mucho tiempo en responder ya estoy harto. No lo recomiendo si desean comprar mejor hay otras opciones como bitbase o bitnovo desde españa no te hacen mucho lio y puedes comprar en el instante tendras tus criptomonedas.

I was a happy customer of shitcoins.club ATMs up until the following recent story, which changed my view of them as a company and their values:
I made 2 deposits of fiat currency in ATM in Bulgaria. The first one was of about €100 and it went well, no error message (apart from the fact that the machine was out of paper and did not print a receipt).
The second transaction was of about €200 to another address and when I hit Send the machine asked me to scan an ID. This was not right, as it is explained on their website that the no-KYC limit in Bulgaria is €1000 per day. Clearly, I'm below that, but an operator (who must have been watching me live) did not like the fact that I wore a hat and they couldn't see my face (so much for no-KYC and privacy! Big Brother is watching you live!). Not only did I not receive the crypto I paid for in the second transaction, which was the "problematic" one, but I was also refused the money I put in the first transaction that didn't ask for ID!
When I contacted support, luckily the person was not rude, but seemed ignorant as to why someone would want to have privacy and anonymity in the world of crypto.
My transactions were withheld despite me obeying their rules of deposits below €1000 and the fact that on shitcoins.club and bitomat.com you can find promises of "anonymous" and "private" transactions "that respect users' privacy rights" (I can provide screenshots of these claims on their websites). And if there's any doubt what the word "privacy" means, you can check the English dictionary.
My conduct does not present danger to the ATM or shitcoins as a brand in the eyes of the law, as I was not stealing, but rather investing, and the amounts were under the legal obligations. €300 is hardly any money laundering!
If this was a mistake by the BG team, I'm willing to change my review if my transactions are granted. After all, people choose your services because they believe the messages of privacy and anonymity (at least up to the legal requirement). This is the key aspect that separates you from the rest.
Banks freeze people's money when they dare protest for their rights. And you freeze people's money when they dare to care for their privacy. How do you then "give the middle finger to the banksters"?

Bitcoin ATM stole my 50 euros
The ATM asked for ID, i didn't have any so I pressed cancel but it just printed out a note asking me to contact support to get my money back but they never responded and there was nothing I could do as I paid in cash and was in a foreign country

Not sure why my review is removed the site is 100% scam and i can provide proof (send me email trustpilot) and i will show you proof + video convo with them. they block and don't pay.

Estafadores a mas no poder. No consigo que me devuelvan el dinero de una operación cancelada (La cual tengo un ticket que el mismo cajero me dio donde pone que para devolverme el dinero tengo que ponerme en contacto con su soporte técnico) ni por telegram, ni por telefono ni por email.

Por telefono me atendio una chica con muy malas formas, por telegram se repiten como un robot y por correo mas de lo mismo.
