I had a super great experience with customer service they decided to change my order after initially placing it I couldn’t reach on the phone right away which I eventually got through after sending an email. The lady on the phone helped me revise my order with product numbers and stock sent me an invoice through a link to complete my new order and was kind and understanding throughout the whole process.

I AM ABSOLUTELY IMPRESSED with the customer service I received from the staff at Shoefreaks!! Every order I have ever placed has been SEAMLESS!!! I made an error on my latest order and Jennifer sent me an email RIGHT AWAY letting me know that my order was cancelled and my refund processed! They are fantastic and go above and beyond to help their customers!!!

As a performer, I've been shopping with Shoe Freaks for a few years now, and I've bought all my boots and heels from them (I have A LOT of shoes for shows but also for everyday use). My orders always arrive promptly, and I've never had any issues with the shoes until recently.

The Demonias I bought for a show fell apart within 7 hours of wear. I wrote to Shoefreaks to let them know, and the issue was resolved by the next day.

I wouldn't shop anywhere else for my Pleasers and Demonias.

I ordered a pair of boots and they arrived pretty quick. I opened them up to find two different styles of boots. I emailed customer service right away and I was approved for a prepaid return and was notified that once they receive the mismatched order they will send me out a pair of the right ones.

It's my second time ordering from their site and, this time, I chose the wrong size and only noticed after paying. Jennifer fixed my problem before my order was shipped (all in less than 24 hours) and was super nice about it. I will definitely continue buying my shoes from them!

So I got a pair of boots for my cosplay and I love them they are amazing I saw them on a tiktoker that does cool cosplay s too and I got the inspiration from her so I can’t wait to try them on and i would give 1000 stars if i could but I can only give five so here u guys
