Always happy with the product and delivery times. Very responsive about the shipping process if there are delays and to why. The one order that I had where there was a mistake, it was rectified quickly. The insoles really help and the shoes that were recommended from my scans are great for running. I started buying casual and hiking shoes from them as well because the running shoes were so good.

I have been having pain in my feet that is difficult to describe.I ordered the sneakers Shoely suggested, but was disappointed my foot pain continued. August and I emailed back and forth, he suggested we have a video chat, which was perfect. I was able to show him exactly where my pain is, and showed him my past sneakers which gave him a visual understanding of how I walk. August listened and offered me options. I felt cared for, as he knows we runner/nurses feet take a beating! I am looking forward to his next suggestion.

I had the pleasure of meeting August at an event as my introduction to Shoely. I purchased two pairs of shoes w/ soles since then and have been nothing short of impressed!! I’m a bigger guy and have struggled with shoes more often than not and always have a rough break in period. My first pair was Shoely’s recommend casual/low mile shoes which had no issues and I’ve been super happy with them. I then reached out to see what dress shoes they recommended, had a great exchange, ordered the recommended, one size too large, got a return label sent them back got one size down sent back with my custom soles in 2 days!! Super happy with those as well. I’m so lucky I got to meet them in person and pay for the upgraded package that came with the gift card. I received this service for free but I would’ve paid double!! Can’t recommend Shoely enough.

Was looking for a better shoe experience! I met August at Orange Theory and asked him to explain how Shoely works. I was very interested in the foot scan to see if I was even wearing the correct shoes and to get custom insoles. The foot scanning on the app took a few tries to get right, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of using the front camera. Shoely provides a good video that shows you exactly how to get a good scan. Once I got the scan uploaded within a couple of days I got an email with the link to the analysis. August does a great job of explaining everything about your foot and giving recommendations on shoes for the type of activity you do. I got my Asics GEL-Nimbus 26's with custom insoles and I must say I am loving them. Best shoe I have ever worn for running. Great cushion and very light weight. I highly recommend Shoely for any shoes you might need. Great customer service and quick delivery too!

August made sure I was happy and content with my shoe, not only with the brand and model of shoe but the comfort level and the look too!

This is a completely personalized experience. Augie is professional, thoughtful and knows shoes. The tech always works and is user friendly. I have bought three pairs of shoes through Shoely and they are my go to for not only walking but wearing to work as teacher. The insoles always fit perfect. This is the only way I will buy shoes.

Great company to deal with.. initially met the team at New York Marathon expo for foot scans, then a very informative personalised video describing which shoe profile is best for my foot depending on my activities. I then had a few questions and August was very quick to respond and very knowledgeable so I purchased a pair of recommended running shoes.
The shoes are great, and I love the custom fitted insole.
International delivery did take 3 weeks but that can be expected especially during the holiday season.
Very happy customer overall and would recommend.

the customer service of Shoely is amazing .. as is the fit of the shoes they've suggested (I've got hobbit width feet and it's always a challenge to find something that fits) ... I doubt I'll go back to a brick/mortar store ... just hope the mfgs come up with brighter hobbit width shoes .. great job to August and the team

Im not a runner, just someone with foot issues on both feet so i wanted to see how it would be to buy shoes having knowledge and foot analysis in my pocket. My feet were scanned at an event and didnt take long. Then afterwards i was sent my foot scan and a video analysis that was chock full of info. They recommended 4 pairs of shoes for me, 2 from brands i didnt know and 2 from a brand i knew. I took a chance on the brand i didnt know and got the custom insoles. Ive been wearing them for 2 weeks and just walked around a big city for a week. Its def helping relieve my usual foot pain. They gave me a size bigger than i usually get but i trusted the directions that came with ny shoes and the size is perfect.
