My doctor didn’t tell me that they don’t do medical certifications for FAC anymore so BASC gave me your contact
After 12 days I took form back to doctors as they said didn’t receive SAR form but you have had them last week just waiting for your reply as license runs out soon

After being told by my doctors they…
After being told by my doctors they will supply me with a copy of my medical records, but do not do a pro-forma service anymore. I contacted ShootCert who provide this service. I found it straight forward to sign up with them. Once my records were available they were sent to ShootCert. After receiving them. An authorised Doctor reviewed my records and completed the medical Pro-Forma and emailed to me. This was completed inside the stated process time.

Easy to Work with
Shoot Cert were communicative and easy to talk to, they were the only way to get a medical sign off for my shotgun and firearms renewal as my GP does not do them.

Delighted with the speed and professionalism undertaked by ShootCert. The process was clearly outlined from the outset and I was shocked at how quickly my documents were ready to forward on to the Police with my other paperwork. Highly recommened.

After having trouble with my doctors…
After having trouble with my doctors telling me after a month of having my paperwork that they are not doing any paper signing until next year the police force said to try shootcert I took paperwork to the doctors and six hours later shootcert sent me an email saying it's all done and posted back to us which we received a couple of days later will certainly use them again
