Service was great and loved it

It took forever to receive my order, no updates, no tracking, no response after taking my money.

Once received, one of my AR500 3/8" gongs didn't last the first day, actually failed on shot #2. Shooting lead core, sub 3000 fps, at 100 yards, so no excuse for failure.

I reached out multiple times, no response.

I would spend my money elsewhere

Target is well built. Will last a long time if not a lifetime. I’m pleased with the performance in the field. Dueling tree is a fun way to test your skills. I am still waiting on my refund for shipping I was told would be FREE!

Service was great, quick turn-around, products were high quality, and east to assemble. First time out we put 400 full metal jacket rounds on target and except for needing to be painted, the targets were still like new. no deformities, chips or divots.

Great service, quickly resolved shipping problems with carrier. Targets and stands are excellent. Small up charge for shipping insurance definitely worth it.

The quality of the actual dueling tree is amazing! However, it took longer than what was estimated to be shipped out and the quality of the packaging was very poor. Parts of the product were sticking out of the box by the time it got to my house. I’m lucky some of the shooting paddles didn’t fall out. I would suggest securing them somehow to the inside of the larger package. Perhaps putting them together in a box of their own that is big enough to hold them but small enough to fit inside the larger package.

My first exposure to Shooting Targets USA came during a marketing blitz where offers came to my inbox every day. I placed my first order for a triple threat torso target and before it was even shipped a second offer of a dueling tree if purchase price exceeded an amount would be included. The triple threat shipped without the dueling tree and a simple contact covered both offers graciously and expeditiously. The customer service was very professional and exemplary and I couldn't be happier with either the targets or the service. Truly a class act.

A couple of my items didn't show up in the original delivery. Shooting Targets Customer Service quickly researched the problem and got the targets shipped out.

Failed to honor website deal. Then failed to refund my credit card on an order that was never even shipped. I feel like they were hoping I wouldn't notice.

It was delivered without delay!

Shipped to front door. Super easy to set up. Easy to transport. Will buy more in the future.

I opened email and saw a great price on target I can use to sight in my weapons.

My only complaint on this purchase is the amount i had to spend to active the deal was 100 dollars more than advertised on the email that went out
