Ordered a t-shirt on 16th Dec assuming there was plenty of time for it to arrive before Christmas. They finally bothered to ship the damn thing today, 23rd December, and apparently I can expect delivery on 9th January. I paid £6 for this delivery service. What a piss take.
Still waiting since November for my order
I ordered 9 items from the online Villa store on 28th November for my 8yr old son it's now 22nd December and only received 1 item the rest of the order is processing still, I have had to chase it up several times with customer services to be told waiting on restock from manufacturer but they were happy to take my money without fulfilling my order.
I will have a very disappointed child on Christmas Day due to the shocking service from villa online store. I definitely would not recommend.

wrong shirt
it started out so well, I ordered the shirt, 5 days later something arrived. The wrong shirt! not the £80 ordered, I contacted chat 3 times regarding returning the £25 shirt. it was an international purchase apparently, Nope 46 miles from the Wearhouse. I had to phone the next day because I still had no return label. the lady was very nice and arranged a replacement, return sent 10-12-2024 today I checked and its still being processed, when I asked about dispatch they said 17-12-2024. They still had my money and the other shirt was at their hub I didn't think I would get my shirt in time for Christmas so I canceled. This is what happens when you outscore to Fantastic International. the original AVFC shop was amazing!

Wrong name printed on top
Ordered a personalised Villa top for a Christmas present and it came with the name incorrect....not my fault it's their's
Trying to speak with customer service is a nightmare, so stressed out as these tops are not cheap!!! They said I need to wait 48hrs to receive email so I can return the top, why do I have to wait 48hrs? I need to get this sorted out now!!! Not happy....

Trying to find a 6/7 home shirt for my…
Trying to find a 6/7 hone shirt for my Grandson. Rang what I thought was the Villa Store on to be transfered to somewhere in Asia. The lady wanted the product code of the item I wanted, problem being the website size guide doesn't give one and also neither the option to buy a home shirt in that size, hence my phone call. She said they didn't have that size but they did Man City Wolves, at that point I said thank you for your help and hung up.
Come on Villa, this is far from acceptable, if you cant have someone in the offices at the Villa Store handling customer enquires, then to me that shows customer centred satisfaction isn't a priority. That is just appaling in today's market.
Very very disappointing and to be honest, I'm very annoyed that my club can treat a life long supporter in such a way. Please sort it out!

Totally unresponsive
Multiple experiences where a time sensitive customer service query has been ignored and never answered, despite chasing up multiple times.
Over the summer I was instructed to email a specific address to stop a membership from auto-renewing. 4 emails requesting a cancellation and 2 weeks later, my membership auto-renewed against my will. Finally got a response and they had to issue a refund saying they "didn't know how it got missed".
I have now been waiting 2 weeks for a response on a time sensitive ticket access query, which again I've tried chasing.
For a big company that are making every effort to squeeze fans for every last penny, it is not acceptable to leave people unanswered, whether due to understaffing or incompetence.

Me and my son done a road trip and decided to see as many stadiums and there gift shops. This was our 2nd one the security card let us have a look at the pitch and hold the thropy which my son really enjoyed and the better service we got the more we spend in the gift shop landed up get aston villa kit with watkins printed on the back

STILL NO SHIRT DELIVERED!!
Ok, so this is becoming a joke now. 3 weeks ago i placed an order of £200 for 3 villa shirts for me and my boys. The shirts still havent arrived, and there is absolutely no reason to justify why this has happened. with the start of the season in 2 days, i am now forced to go and buy the shirts from the shop (AGAIN), and hope that Villa do the right thing, and fully reimburse me. 3 weeks, when they are stocked up in every shop, for a season ticket holder of 20 years, is shocking loyalty and customer service.

Shirt delay - bday gift or no gift
I have updated my review from 1 to 3 stars as AV did act to ensure my shirt order was delivered prior to my husband’s birthday.
What I would have liked is that they would update the customer with reason for the delay when it happens, and an estimated revised delivery date - not leave customers in the dark.
Shirt delay - I have the same issue as Liam. Shirt ordered online for my husband’s birthday which is next week 14 August. All I’ve had is 2 emails saying there’s a delay _ no indication of an expected delivery date. I could have popped into JD Sports but ordered other things as well from the AV shop for his bday. Spent £165. Not good service at all.

Could not give Vila less than 5 stars…
Could not give Vila less than 5 stars as my club but there was an issue. I live in Cyprus now and on a recent trip to the UK I took the opportunity to visit my beloved Villa Park. I bought a classic Villa top (Muller) and just put it on as I'm in Athens as was hoping we'd make yhr final. The security tag was not removed which is disappointing as I cannot take it back.
Absolutely awful and upsetting…
Absolutely awful and upsetting experience to date.
Ordered an item that was in stock (and still in stock) nearly 2 weeks ago.
So far the following has happened;
1. Item still hasn’t arrived and was meant to be delivered today as a birthday present for my son.
2. Communication with the team is very poor - they genuinely don’t listen to customer feedback and just do their own thing.
3. Refunded the postage to say sorry for late delivery (not an acceptable remedy nearly 2 weeks later).
4. When trying to gain more information on the delivery and a remedy, they randomly cancelled the order without any notice or discussion. So the item isn’t coming at all now.
5. Provided a 50% off voucher to say sorry, but it doesn’t work on the item I wanted to reorder.
6. Then sent a link for a reorder of the item, but was the wrong one!
7. Continue to ignore emails and provide a remedy and solution, when it the customer service team who have messed up and over complicated the process so far.
