The communication on my logo and sign off of it was terrific. And the boxes turned out exactly as they looked on the proof. You never know on custom things like this but I couldn't be happier!

5 stars all the way
So responsive and efficient, year after year. Alan makes wine size boxes for us with our branding and he never lets us down. He does everything to make sure we get our wood wine boxes in time, even when I’m behind the ball.

Customer service was very good, but...
Customer service was very good, however, the box itself should have had a closure on it. I ordered the hinges, thinking that would include a closure as well, but it did not. The magnums just fit in the box very, very tightly, so I think the box should be 1/8" longer as well. I had to wrap this as a gift and had to secure the box with 2 rubberbands which wasn't ideal, but I didn't want the recipient to open it and possibly break very expensive bottles of wine.

I’m sorry to hear the box did not meet your expectations. While hinges are offered as an optional upgrade, they do not currently include a closure mechanism like a clasp or magnets. This isn’t explicitly stated in our description, and we realize clearer wording could help prevent misunderstandings. We’ll look into improving the listing by adding a note about closures or offering them as an option.
Regarding the fit for your magnum bottles, we design our boxes with interior dimensions that fit most large 1.5-liter magnum and champagne bottles, as described in the listing. Since magnum bottles vary in shape and size, we aim to strike a balance between accommodating most bottles and avoiding excess space that can detract from presentation or cause shifting. That is why we clearly state the actual dimensions in the listing, so customers can verify the fit for their specific bottles. However, we’ll take your comments into account as we continually refine our products.

Beautiful and Well-Made
The boxes are well-made and as described. They arrived within a few working days. They have a rustic beauty and would make great gift boxes or display items, but I was looking for boxes of untreated wood to protect the rhizomes of aquatic plants from being eaten while the plants are getting established. With the lids secured, I think they will work for this purpose as the roots can grow out through the bottom slats and the shoots should find their way out through the top slats.
