Having spoken to the team at Shop Logistics, apparently the design of the defect books has been altered but the website not updated. This meant that I didn't get the books I was expecting, however, the updated ones are actually better with more space to write the defects on. Thank you to Raphe and Lauren for finding out what had happened and for letting me know.

Many thanks for your feedback - unfortunately paper costs are ever increasing and we try to keep our costs as reasonable as we can. If you are ordering in bulk we do offer quantity discounts so please contact us before you order next time.
We have used this product for many years and it still is a great way to record any defects.
