I am pissed they said they attempted delivery 2times come on now learn to read i want a full refund now! .y full address and sec code to door is on my order form how damn hard is it to get it to right address!!! Update after I made c review I got their number called them all u can here in background was these high pitched screams.She then said ur gonna have to call where u ordered it from I said screw this hung up on her. I do absolutely feel like they do scam folks. Omg this morning lumadove tried to charge 29.99 to my PayPal card I never authrized!

I ordered a face balm stick, $9.99, one time purchase. I filled out the order info. using my address of SC. Where I have lived for23 yrs. I never got my order they sent it to an address in Maryland. I emailed, I called supposed customer service, was on hold forever, had to leave a message, the next day lumadDove tried to take money two times off of bank card, thank GOD , they declined it.

I ordered from this company and finally received it this week, two days after receiving it I was billed again for $42.60. Supposedly for auto shipment. I did not sign up for auto ship and even if I had why was I billed two days after original shipment delivery, surely it should have been at least a month later. I have emailed this company 3 times without reply.Also the item I bought was advertised as purple whitening for teeth. I received pink strips. Which by the way are terrible, messy and don't seem to make a difference. Do not deal with this company, it is a scam. Save your money and buy legitimate whitening strips
Don't get ripped off twice, like me!!
