Shirt came with the design crooked and off centered by an inch. Emailed them and all they would do is offer 25% off. Can’t exchange. I would hope a company stands by their product more when it chargers $35 for a shirt. The typical $5 shirts I buy normally at Sam’s Club have better quality and return policy…

Leave it to Fanatics to get the details wrong. Ordered custom Detroit Red Wings Breakaway home jersey with YZERMAN/19 and the C. Not only did they put the C on the right chest rather than left, the famous Red Wings nameplate type isn’t right either. It’s set in a curve but it’s not the proper arched lettering, even though that’s what the site shows in the mockups. I should have known better.

Title: Overpriced, poor fit, and final sale — disappointing NHL Shop purchase

I spend $62 on a sweatshirt from NHL Shop. The fit is just off and not true to size, especially for the price point. I was also very disappointed to find out after purchasing that it was ‘final sale’ with no returns or exchanges allowed. For $62, I expected much better quality and transparency. The only redeeming quality is the Tampa Bay Lightning logo, but overall I would not order from NHL Shop again.

The Olympics aren't going to wait ...

The prompt for this review is "What went wrong this time?"

The short answer:
Everything.

The long answer:
I placed on an order for a Quinn Hughes Olympic jersey on Sunday, December 14, knowing it would not ship immediately. One month later, I received an e-mail with a "new shipping date" of "no later than 1/29/2026". Today (1/30/2026) I checked my order status for tracking information. The order is still marked "Processing" 32 business days (47 calendar days) following the date it was ordered. If they didn't honor their "no later than" shipping date, why would I believe the "Estimated Arrival: Feb 3 - Feb 9". NHL Shop has had my payment of $236.98 (which I never would have spent if this weren't a gift) for nearly 7 weeks, with one e-mail update saying they "understand (my) frustration".

I know I am not alone in this. To add insult to injury, this enterprise is now offering free shipping on orders of $24 or more. If you "understand" NHL Shop, you'll expedite shipping on all of these jerseys and refund the $6.99 s/h charge.

UPDATE: The jersey arrived, via DoorDash, at the end of their amended delivery window. When the gift recipient opened the package, the jersey wasn't even folded ... rather shoved into a plastic bag. On removal, it was disappointing to see the poor quality that did was not in keeping with the price tag. A one-and-done purchase from NHL Shop/Fanatics.

Quinn Hughes Team USA Hoodie

Ordered a Quinn Hughes team USA hoodie for the upcoming Olympics. Shipping was earlier than expected, so that was a positive. The sweatshirt itself was a Nike standard quality hoodie, but everything on the jersey, including the swoosh, was cheap ironed on material. Not sure how durable that will be, but at the price point this sweatshirt was sold, I would have expected higher quality. I'll stick to 47.

They charge me $326 for a jersey and canceled the order on me and only returned
$298 with no explanation.
They also never answered any emails
Will never deal with them again and highly recommend that nobody does.

Never shipped Christmas Gift

Ordered a Christmas gift 2 weeks before the holiday. Paid extra for "Christmas Delivery". Item was marked as shipped, but was never trackable nor given to the courier. 12/28 and item still hasn't even shipped. Tried chatting with customer service, but they straight up lied to me and stated that they spoke to the courier and it would be here on time. Horrible company. Stay far away. Had to file a chargeback on my credit card.

Will never order from them again.

Cup I ordered was supposed to be personalized and was not. Ordered a wallet. Package was delivered but not weighed down. We had high winds and it likely blew away. They told me not their problem on the package that blew away, to contact UPS. UPS told me to contact seller. Then they told me to call and contact a different department on another day on the cup mess up. 2 days until Christmas and they could care less. Another item I ordered ended up being out of stock. I'll never order from here again!!!

Prepare to never get yout stuff

I ordered a hoodie on 23rd of November 2025. I still didn't get it and I don't know if I ever will. Yes, I'm from Europe, but I myself sent a bigger package overseas and it came in week and a half, here we have an official store and it's like they're sending the hoodie from Saturn. Want support? Have fun with AI on X, which ignores everything you say. I'd rather buy a knock off at this point.

Don’t purchase from here!!!!!!

Item was “lost in transit” according to then but showed as never received by the carrier. They made me wait an extra 3 days just in case it turned up, finally put in a replacement order but then 10 days later it still hadn’t shipped. Then, when I told them just to cancel and refund me they told me it was “too far along” despite showing at the first step in the process. Cherry on top- it’s a non-returnable item so now I have no Christmas gift for my child and I’m out $50. TBD if the item actually ever ships and arrives. If it doesn’t I’ll not be wasting my time with their useless customer service, I’ll just file a chargeback and move on. Don’t bother buying from here, find something on a reputable site that’s licensed instead.

Extra pricing for poor delivery

Delivery time to EU countries said to be 3-5 days. It was 13 days eventually. And this after paying 25 USD for the shipping. Trying to make extra money by using a lousy/cheap courier for an already overpriced item.

Don't believe the "Free Delivery" as it doesn't exist

I bought a jersey. It said "FREE DELIVERY ON THIS ITEM". It also said "FREE DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER $80.00". Well they charged me $12.99 for delivery even though my order was for $130.00.
It is next to impossible to phone anyone as all their numbers go to a french voice recording. So as far as I am concerned they just stole $12.99 from me. NEVER AGAIN.

Eigentlich immer problematisch
Shipment fee absurd teuer. Umtauschen umständlich und nochmals shipment fee ins Ausland. Jahrhunderte weg von dem was man so von anderen gewohnt ist. Nehme mal an mit Absicht.

Kleidung passt oft nicht. Wenn man annimmt es sind USA Größen und bestellt ne Nr kleiner kommen diese sicher diesmal zu klein an. Sonst idR zu groß.

Qualitativ kann ich mich eigentlich nicht beschweren. Wenn es den mal passt, sind die Sachen recht schön und hochwertig

Meine letzte Rücksendung wurde nie behandelt. Das Geld steht seit Monaten aus.

Was told I’d get my order my the 28th…

Was told I’d get my order my the 28th of April. Paid for the shipping promising that. They’re telling me it’s 5-10 business days from the day they decide to ship it off not from when you order it which has never been the case with anything else. So now my order is going to be a week and a half late. They won’t let me express ship it now. And I’ve check it’s in my neighbourhood already!!!! So I’m trying to see if I can literally go pick it up but they won’t let me. So I have to wait another like two weeks to get my order for no reason. I paid to have it by the 28th. I would’ve paid to have it express shipped if I knew that wasn’t true. Such bs.
