No items received after months and ghosted by support
Bought 2 belts and a bracelet in February and basically got ghosted for a month. Then I send 3 emails asking about any info on the back over another month. They only finally replied when I said I was going to charge back my card, but then ghosted me again when I gave them the order number. Then they sent an email a week later that they will get items in a couple days (not a direct email but a mass email). A week later still no info and my emails to support still ghosted.
I spent over $100 and sent 6 emails and got a single reply asking for an order number and nothing else. Probably the worst support team.
