Terracotta Distribution Avis 

I have ordered a few packages from Terracotta and they have always been in good condition and bubble wrapped. I've received packages from other distributors and Terracotta is the only one I've used so far that puts extra protection(bubble wrap) around the packaging.

Always fantastic service when I order from them, great customer support and everything arrives well packaged.

Terracotta's always delivered my items on time and in good condition. They're also one of the few DVD/blu-ray distributors out there with a loyalty scheme which at least leaves me feeling appreciated.

Terracotta more often than not has the best prices for the new Asian releases. An added bonus is they also tend to ship items early so you're guaranteed to receive it on the release date (if not a few days earlier).

My orders have always arrived in top condition and they are very active on social media keeping you up to date with dispatch times and answering queries.

The only improvement I'd suggest is the reward points. Earning 1 point per pound and needing 500 points to get a £5 discount will take an extremely long time to achieve for most.

Overall Terracotta are my go to for Asian releases and I can't recommend them enough.

My movies arrived far sooner than I was anticipating and they were both in pristine condition, absolutely no complaints whatsoever will be ordering from again!

The blueray dvd arrived quite quickly, and the quality is good. I was happy VAT was included in the price of them item so I didn't have to deal with customs. The only nitpick I have is the lack of mid price tracking. IIRC there were only 2 options, a cheap untracked shipping option or a very expensive tracked option.

I placed a sizable order for a dozen movies and paid extra for the tracked international shipping. When the package had arrived I was surprised by the shape, usually most shops ship blurays/dvds in a single stack with a thicker box. This order came in a very thin, flat style box with two smaller stacks placed next to each other horizontally and a big hole in the box I assume from being dropped. The way it was packed gave way to a much flimsier package as a whole where it was freely bending when picking up one side. Opening the box there was one thin layer of bubble wrap and not even enough to fill out the package to prevent a lot of movement. Half of the cases were cracked but thankfully the disks were fine.
The prices were great, just a bit disappointing that seemingly not a lot of care is put into packing or the materials used.
