Never received my order. Did not respond to emails about my order status.

Like what everyone else has said, this company doesn't appear to exist. I'm shocked that both Shop from Shopify and Instagram are letting them run ads and accept payments for this.

Never arrived. Not responding to any of my requests for attention. VERY frustrated!

Extremely slow shipping. I ordered on 8/12 and one week later and it has yet to ship! They are requesting feedback on a product I haven’t received yet. It says 2-5 days shipping.

Update*** This company is a SCAM! DO NOT BUY. They are stealing from other sites. DO NOT PURCHASE. They’ve been reported. I found out they are scam site.

Bestel hier nooit wat. Ik heb 2 shirts besteld, ten eerste duurt het mega lang voor je ze geleverd krijg. Ik had een zwarte maat S besteld, en wat krijg ik een lichtblauwe in maat XXL. Op geen enkele manier telefonisch te bereiken, dus alleen per mail. Daar werd de oplossing aangeboden ik mocht het shirt houden, en zou mijn geld terug gestort krijgen. Dat zou alleen 5-7 dagen kunnen duren. Nou we zijn weken verder en heel wat mails heb ik er achteraan verstuurd maar wordt nergens op gereageerd. Dus en m’n geld kwijt en ook nog een een shirt waar ik niks mee kan. Zeer slechte webshop, dus bestel er niks.

Appalling - this is a scam, do not buy from them! Item never arrived and no response to any of my attempts to contact the company. Massively disappointed as this was a gift for my husband’s birthday but now it’s too late to get a replacement from a reputable shop. Will be fighting to get my money back. Shame on Bubula for stealing and taking advantage of people like this.

Fake fake fake .. I ordered this more than 3 weeks ago and nothing . Do not buy. They are scammers and they even changed their name to shoop so they can continue stealing

Starting to realise I’ve probably been scammed here now … parcel has been out for delivery for the longest time and doesn’t seem to be showing up any time soon. I’m absolutely gutted as was suppose to be a first Father’s Day gift for my partner and was really excited. Please avoid this website at all costs!!!

I want to give 0 stars but unfortunately that is not possible... I've placed an order last week, and received tracking but a day after I got the mail with tracking information, the trackingnumber didn't work anymore..
I reached out to them, asked if anyone could help me, tell me where my order is but got no response. They didn't even bother to read the message. Only after I said I was going to give them a bad review they read it, but still no response... Now I've lost my money and my order so it seems..

Wish I had checked the Trustpilot reviews before ordering - followed the link through Instagram and everything looked great so ordered for my partners birthday as we are expecting baby to arrive around his birthday so it would have been perfect. Item never arrived- no idea if it's even still on the way. Contacted the seller, no answer after a week.
After looking on trust pilot this morning and trying to access the website only to see that it's not accessible I have requested a refund through PayPal which was immediately approved so it seems there is a common issue with this site!

Order was late arriving, I only received an update when I queried it with the company.

It arrived today and it’s on par with a value buy t-shirt. The quality is rubbish, I wouldn’t trust it to carry a stuffed animal let alone a newborn baby!

The images on the website show a good quality T-shirt and the pouch has a little pull out head cover, this isn’t what I received!

There are loose threads and the label has been cut out of the neck.

Fair enough if I had ordered it from SHEIN and paid £5 but they charged £25.50!

Fake products - and their email doesn't exist when trying to return
Products take a long time to arrive (direct from china), and are not as described - then when trying to contact them, their email bounces back.
Fake website, fake products, clearly a scam - thankfully I paid on credit card, so using that to reclaim - avoid

Don’t waste your money !
Spent over £30 on a T-shirt for it to take ages to come and it was for a birthday which ended up being too late !
The quality of the products is not what it looks like on the website, baby cannot be put in pouch without the T-shirt looking like it will rip, products also come straight from china (says on tracking shipment) so spend your money elsewhere and it’ll probably be a lot cheaper aswell. Will not purchase from this website again and I have wrote an email to them to share my views which they have completely ignored!

Don’t bothered, they say between 2-5 working and still days hasn’t turned up (8 working days)

They just get the stuff direct from china. You might as well go on Temu for a fraction of the price. Will be quickly too.

Ordered, never arrived, no answers to emails. Broke my own rule and bought something advertised on instagram.

These products are not as described.
The colors do not match the visuals and photographs on the website.
The cut of the women's top is not the same as the photographs on the website.
The material is not the same blend as described on the website.
The delivery timeframe was delayed.
