Mother of the bride here. I had a huge wobble about the outfit I purchased from the UK, four weeks out from my daughter’s wedding. I went along to Chapmans today and a lovely lady called Michelle came to my rescue. I shared my story with her, showed her a photo of the dress I had and she went out of her way to find me the perfect outfit I could not be happier with my purchase. She politely and inoffensively kept me on track with styles and colours that complimented my complexion andbody shape, Michelle was so supportive.

I was offered the option of taking two items home with me to get honest feedback from my daughter and a friend, amazing customer service.

I returned a few hours later and purchased a beautiful dress that had just come in.

Thank you to all the staff who go above and beyond to make the customers experience a positive and painless experience. As any Mother of the Bride will tell you, it is a wee bit stressful shopping for the perfect outfit. Not at Chapmans, they are superstars. Highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect outfit.
