Fabulous
I was a bit anxious when placing my order as I hadn't heard of Shop First previously. No need. Shortly after ordering my item I received an email with tracking number and received the watch the next day, with free delivery. Everything spot on, no marked boxes as I've read in a couple of comments. Very happy and will deffo use Shop First again 😊

I haven’t even received my item or an email confirmation about where the parcel so I can’t even collect till I received an email telling me which location it is. Absolutely atrocious and I paid for next day delivery . Absolute shambles

Your order was placed Friday 12/08/2022 at 5.42am and confirmation email was sent via email at 5.42am when the order was placed. Your order was dispatched at 16.23pm on Friday 12/08/2022.
Unfortunately you did not enter your full address when entering your shipping details and it was dispatched without a house number
You contacted us by email at 21.46pm on Saturday 13/08/2022 & again at 15.02pm on Sunday 14/08/2022. We do not work on weekends and we responded when we returned to the office on Monday 15/08/2022 at 12.01pm requesting you provide us with your order number so we could assist you further as no details of who you where were given in the email. We did not get a reply back from you.
Your package was returned to us by Royal Mail for an incomplete address on Monday at 16.04pm. You then sent another email at 13.13 Tuesday 16/08/2022 and rang us via telephone 13.14pm and we assisted you on the phone and explained your package was returned to us for incomplete address and you gave us the correct address and we informed you over the phone that you item will be sent today and you would receive it tomorrow in which you said thanks.
You have then left us this review 2 hours after us assisting you over the phone in which we can not understand why you feel this way. We take pride in high customer satisfaction and the incomplete address which caused the delay in you receiving the package was no fault of Shop First.
