We do not sell counterfeit products and all items we sell are genuine products. The watch you bought should of arrived with a booklet, proof of authenticity card, Official watch box and tags on the watch with barcodes.
Buying online can sometimes not meet peoples expectations when the product arrives but you can always reach out to us if you have any issues. If you are referring to the plastic wrapping which protects the watch then it should be blank/plain. Some models have Emporio Armani plastic protectors around the watch face but vary on which ones arrive with this on.
