I would give this company zero stars if that were an option.
I have been drinking FlavCity protein powder shakes for many months now (Chocolate Peanut Butter flavor) and have not had any problems until now. I opened a new bag a few days ago and made a shake, using only plain yogurt, the powder, and milk. When I tried it, it tasted absolutely horrendous. So I tried it again the next day, thinking this was a fluke, but it was not. It was 100% unplatable (tasted like vomit). I emailed the company to ask if anything had changed. Below is their response:
"Unlike many brands, we do not use “natural flavors,” which are often synthetic additives that help keep flavor and color identical from batch to batch. Instead, we use real whole food ingredients. That means natural variations can occur, just like how strawberries can taste sweeter or more tart depending on the season. Because of this, each batch may vary slightly as we adjust the amount of certain ingredients to achieve the desired flavor.
Rest assured, every bag still contains 20 full servings. We’re always refining and improving to deliver the best possible product made from real food ingredients, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support.

I then asked if they had a money back guarantee. Again, their response:

Needless to say, I am switching to a far more acceptable protein shake. All I can say is BUYER BEWARE!!
