Dear Customer Support,

I received a text message stating that the package had been delivered, but there was no package at my door or in my mailbox.

I contacted your support team and was advised to wait three days, as a replacement bottle would be shipped. I agreed to wait the three days as requested. However, if the package does not arrive within that timeframe, I was informed that I would be issued a full refund.

I was responded to promptly, and professionally.

My experience was fine. I chose not to continue because I can't use the product that fast

A colleague told me about the liquid format because he knew I hated swallowing capsules. I gave it a chance and can see why he suggested it. It’s much less annoying than the tablets I used before.

I really liked the vitamins just couldn't keep paying the monthly payment

Quick response to my concern. Had a tracking inquiry and a team member emailed me right away and explained everything i needed to know and now my mind can rest at ease.

I placed an order with Shopnolux.com on 7/26/26 and to date did not received any products. After several messages back and forth, Shopnolux gave me a tracking number and told me to contact USPS. When I did contacted USPS, they informed me that I will not receive the product as Noloux did not pay enough postage for the package and they could not deliver it to me. Also when I was emailing them about the problem , I noticed that they have me signed up for subscription without my concent. When I tell them to cancel the subscription, they give me a difficult time to cancelled the subscription. I had to threatened to report them to my credit card company. Then they finally cancelled the subscription. This appears that this company is fake/fraud. I would not recommend this company for anyone to buy products.

Trying the product and working, feeling better and stronger everyday for best results.

Do not trust this “company” NoLux. They don’t tell you that you are : 1. Purchasing a subscription for their “ B12 vitamins “. 2. They will not take returns. The address on the return label will not exist or it is for a school, company or building that is not associated with NoLux. 3. They are using variations of the company’s name.
I would not suggest using making any purchases from this company. Lastly, if you try to ship it back, you will receive an empty box. This NoLux, NoLuxe or Noluxxe is a complete fraud do not spend any time or money with them.

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever ordered from in my entire life, and i could fact check everything i am stating. I made an order on May 21st and it didn’t come until June 19th, then yesterday night they charged my card 42$ for something I didn’t even buy or order? I looked to see where I could write a review on their website and saw that you couldn’t?! So likely the “5” star reviews they claim they have are likely all a hoax or exaggerated or done by their marketing team so they could increase sales! Never order from here unless you want to wait 29 days, even though their websites claims “14 days GUARANTEED” and want even more of your money stolen from them, there’s no telling on when or where the product they forced me to buy will come, who knows if it would even be eligible for a return! All I can do is hope the right group of people see this, and think twice before ordering from this company.

The order site/platform will not allow you to even order a one time, one bottle. The prompt will not click and even if you are able to click it the order reads that you’ll be billed every month for shipping. 🤦‍♀️😡🥴 Tbey tell you upfront they only do subscriptions. Don’t trust this scam.
