First class customer service. We ordered a trolley online, the next day I had a query and emailed the company. Kevin in customer service responded promptly and resolved my error on the order. He kept us updated on the really quick dispatch and delivery and the trolley was delivered within 48 hours. The trolley is really good quality and mum feels much more confident using the 4 wheeled trolley and the seat will be helpful when she tires and needs to sit a while.
We would highly recommend the company and the Cartlett Comfort Move Deluxe mobility trolley. Excellent customer service.

The trolley I ordered arrived promptly and was exactly as described. When a wheel broke after three months use, i was sent a replacement and a spare very promptly with no fuss at all. Very impressed with the customer service.

I Ordered one of their top-of-the-range Rolser trollies and was informed a few days later that it wasn't available.
However, another similar trolly was, so I ordered that one instead. I was contacted again a few days later and told that one wasn't available either!
I cancelled the order and got my money back.

Ordered a shopping trolley for my wife, quick delivery and good quality. Put the trolley together and the wife went off to the local shops for a quick spin. When she got back I noticed that one of the hubcaps was missing and the wheel had no way of being secured. Sent an email and received a prompt reply with a request for a photo of the wheel assembly. I got a reply the same day stating they will be sending out a replacement. I have already received a notification form the couriers that it is on the way. Fantastic after sales.

I purchased a La Rochelle Deluxe 2 Wheel Shopping Trolley with Front and Side Pockets and XL Wheels Black with Red Paisley Print for £36.97 on 8th June 2020. By September the seams had ripped and wheels kept on detaching with just 10 x 2 litre bottles. I complained and response is "Based on the images provided and the extensive damage caused the manufacturer has deemed in this case as mistreatment of product." This cheap material trolley is better suited for looking good or shopping for flowers, it cannot be used for household goods. My previous trolley from Argos lasted 4 years for only £20.

Website gave wrong measurement for a shopping trolley I ordered. It was too tall for me and I had to return it.
Website sloppy. Reviews down righthand side of page often don't match the product. Same good review is used again and again.
Contacted the company via email telling them measurement wrong. No response let alone an apology.
Worst thing was all the obstacles put in the way of returning a trolley. No info came with product. You have to email them for a returns form.
They responded with a form that recommended you use MyHermes for returns. But they supplied no barcode to enable that.
Also the address label had characters missing and could not be used.
I ended up returning the trolley via ordinary post. It cost me £11.17.
First and last time I shop with this company.

The company kept me updated at all times as to where my item was. they were really helpful.

The trolley was ok except height wise it should have been a little longer so that more stuff can be carried but if you are caring small items its ok.

I have received my shopping trolley Hoppa and have already used it twice. What a boon! It is very light to handle and to pull along. I am disabled and have found carrying very heavy shopping very difficult, but the Hoppa trolley has been a godsend. Thank you.

It is it be a Christmas gift and only time will tell as to its strength. It is to be a log basket.and to be honest I would have liked it to have the same size base as the top not funnel shape. I have log basket that has same size top as the bottom, which allows me to put a lot more logs in it than the funnel shape type. Why leave the logs out side when I need them inside. But hey ho! I hope they like it

My friends ridiculed me for buying a shopping trolley, but being leopard print it looks really good. I love it. It is lightweight and good quality. Can you bring out a black version with diamanes on it please?
