The dresses chosen on models are not flattering. It did not make me excited for the dresses or that my bride chose this company. It made me feel like none of the dresses would look good, and I was being forced to choose ugly dresses. There are so many limited options for a line dresses as well that are truly a line.

Ordered 3 dresses and the dress didn’t fit 1 daughter. I contacted customer service and they have been beyond very helpful with the situation. i’m very happy that they have a try at home option however their sizing is a little bit crazy to me. I’m normally a size 20 in jeans and XL to an XXL in dresses and through no fault but my own I did not acknowledge the fine print about street sizing being different than their sizing so I ordered my normal size in all of my try on dresses paid $65 got them and none of them fit so I had to pay an additional $65 to try all the dresses on again. I do think it’s a little crazy to have to pay money just to try the dresses on and also pay for the shipping. I feel like it would be much better if you paid the fee and then if you didn’t send them back, they kept the fee plus more or something like that to where people like me who don’t have a lot of money are not out in my case $130 and then also have to buy a $200 dress but I was able to find my perfect bridesmaids dress for my friend‘s wedding and it is a beautiful dress that is beautifully made so I will be purchasing here soon. I did order a few different options but again to me spending $65 for dresses that I tried on for five minutes and then had to send back almost immediately is a little silly, but it’s something that I had to do. I do appreciate that they carry plus size and that they had a lot of different options for satin dresses, which is what my bride wants all of us to wear. I was between this site and another site and this one ended up having every single dress that I wanted to try on in stock in my size whereas the other one didn’t so it worked out great for me.

We have an out-of-state bride coming in next weekend for a home try-on party with all of us bridesmaids, and Revelry made it very easy to order our dresses and request an extension to ensure we have the window of time we need to try them on when our bride is in town. I cannot thank Revelry enough for their kindness and amazing customer service. After my bridesmaid dress was lost in a house fire, their team sent me a replacement dress free of charge, which meant more to me than I can put into words.
The shipping was incredibly fast, and the customer service team was so kind. They truly went above and beyond during a very difficult time.

First off, bridesmaid dresses are often not our choice so the price is already extremely unappealing but we dont have an option. Then, to have made to order dress that come in set sizes is absurd. Oh and not to mention how unforgiving satin material is so then you need shapewear. These dresses take months to make then we end up having to turn around and spend more money on rushed alterations. Charges and shipping are not transparent either. So all in, a dress you wear 1 time costs over $400 - I've seen wedding dresses for less. Spent the whole night constantly adjusting the dress and any drop of makeup, liquid, or sweat stains immediately. Every bridesmaid in my party seem to have similar issues. I will be doing every thing in my power to dissuade family, friends, and even strangers from using this company.

This dress was supposedly made to order and requested measurements be sent to them. We went by their specific directions of taking the measurements. When the dress was delivered it was way too small. The dress was obviously not made to order as it was made out of the country and had the tags inside. We called to ask for an exchange and they refused saying “made to order” dresses are not exchangeable. They had us take pictures of us measuring the dress and they came back saying it was made correctly and should fit. NO, it is too small to zip!!! They were extremely rude over the phone and refused to help. We decided to order a swatch of material from them and have the dress altered. I paid $36 for said swatch that we are still waiting for. They say it has been mailed. This was several weeks ago. The bride had a sample of the material we took to a tailor and $120.00 later the dress now fits. What started out as a $270.00 dress has turned in to an almost $400 dress that looks like it’s worth $20!

This was hands down the worst shopping experience I've ever had. The dress was cheaply made, with thin, low-quality material an unflattering fit, and the zippers were so poorly made it took three people just to get the dress zipped. For the price, the quality is absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered a size 6 based on the company’s sizing guide, but it didn’t fit at all. When I contacted customer service and sent photos, they told me the dress actually measured as a size 4. I returned it and requested a size 10, but was told I could only size up one size, so I was forced to settle for a size 8. Unsurprisingly, the size 8 didn’t fit either.
I used the try-on program before placing my order and tried sizes 6, 8, and 10. All of which fit loosely. So how is it that the same sizes I tried on arrived too small to even zip up? Make that make sence! When I asked the store representatives, they told me the try-on dresses were “probably stretched out.” That’s a weak and pathetic excuse for what is clearly a major inconsistency in sizing.
Ultimately, do NOT trust the try-on dress sizes, and do NOT trust the size guide. They are misleading and left me scrambling last-minute to fit a problem that should not have occurred in the first place.
In the end, the only thing that fit was the regret. I had to take the size 8 dress to a seamstress and spend even more money just to get this overpriced, poorly made dress to fit. It took 5 months to get this solved. Save your money and shop elsewhere!

I ordered a made to order suit for my fiance for our wedding. As of the date of this review I have not received the suit. I'm writing based on my customer service experience and to give others a heads up. The suit was made to order but I later saw they added a ready to ship option with all of the same measurement options that I selected for my made to order suit. About a month after I ordered I thought I mistakenly thought I ordered the wrong waist size. I contacted customer service to see if I could pay a fee or do anything to correct my error. They just immediately wrote back with a flat no with no other suggestions other than to get shipped pants that were too small. I even said that the ready to ship (which was a new feature after I ordered) had all the same size selection options so my pants could be resold to another customer they claimed those are two different inventories and offered no other help. I finally realized I was looking at the wrong thing and that I had in fact ordered the correct size. I breathed a sigh of relief knowing this company would not have helped had I really made an error. I just think this is such a rigid way to do business. I was willing to pay to fix my mistake but they refused. I truly hope the suit works out once I get it but I know that they will not be of any help so any adjustments we need will be made with a local tailor.

I strongly recommend against using Revelry, solely because of their customer service. I ordered a groomsman suit from them 45-50 days out from my friend's wedding. They ask for the wedding date which I put in, and I ordered. The order continued to put the delivery date as after the wedding, so I reached out to customer service to see if I could ensure it arrives by the date I needed it. I offered to pay a fee for expediting this as it was my fault. I basically got stonewalled, just "Nope" from CS, no attempt to help, contact sales/ops, or do anything to help. This is very different than the experiences I've had from the Black Tux, who go out of their way to ensure delivery prior to a wedding date.
Weddings are a personal service, and if you're going to offer wedding-related services, you need to have the customer service to back it up. Revelry does not. I accept fault for not ordering sooner, but someone who orders 45+ days out from a wedding should have some options, and the fact is, this stuff happens all the time.
If you're considering Revelry for a groomsman suit: don't. Use the Black Tux.

I used their sizing guide and took my measurements. I ordered a dress based off that size. Well, it took 2 months for the dress to finally arrive and even though I lost inches and weight, the dress still didn’t zip up. After reaching out, they said they had nothing ready to ship in my requested size, color, and fabric. Their whole “made-to-order is non-refundable” shtick makes no sense when you’re still picking from their own sizing! If they had the dress tailored to my specific measurements, I could understand no refund for that, but not when you’re picking from sizing that doesn’t seem to comport with their own generalized measurements. After this wedding, I will definitely not purchase from them again.

Extremely poor customer service. The price of the dresses seem like a scam. No returns or exchanges - which is wild to have when you don’t have a storefront. Do not shop here!
EDITED: My email was never replied to and I texted the phone number twice over 24+ hour period before receiving a response (during business hours). Ready-made dresses do not come in all sizes or colors, and are not an option to most consumers. Try on pricing with shipping is expensive and sizing is different with every dress style. I tried on 4 dresses all the same size and every single one fit differently.

I paid 30% extra for expedited shipping (5weeks max) in addition to paying $11.99 for regular shipping. It has been 5 weeks and all they have is a label that was created a week ago. My event is in 2 weeks.

Not only that, but they looked stunning on them and minimum alterations needed, as the sizing chart is on par.
