I ordered a case for my Raging Hunter revolver which never arrived. Customer service was contacted several times when finally they informed me the item is not available, however, on their website it was available and after I checked it, from the next day I started to receive emails from them to finish the purchase. So I contacted them again why can't I get my item if it is obviously on stock or why the emails if it isn't. Basically they said no item, it is what it is and if I don't like receiving emails from them then I should unsubscribe. It is a way to say f. off to a customer in my opinion, anyway, I did unsubscribe and now waiting for the refund.
That was the last time I purchased or attempted to purchase anything associated with Taurus.

Ordered parts 3 weeks ago. Still no parts. I’ve had stuff delivered from China faster. Emailed support and have not received a response. I used the 800 number and got the “high volume” run around and opted to have a call back. Still waiting. Guess I flushed my money down the tubes and am less than impressed with ShopTaurus. Wish I had read these reviews sooner and I would have saved my money. Buyer Beware!

My 941 was returned to Taurus in early Dec 2024, by a local gun smith. I have proof they received it. The gunsmith and I have both tried to contact Taurus. Taurus has not responded to attempts to find out about the revolver. They have not responded to emails, they refused to answer their phone, they refuse to call back (even thought their phone site says they are busy, but will call back).
It seems that they are going to keep my revolver, I am at a loss of $400.00. What a rip off.

Your website and customer service is THE WORST service I have ever had in my life!!! We bought a gun with the 3 magazines promotion it has been over 60 yes 60 days no word no magazines no nothing. Was on phone SEVERAL TIMES to no avail this is a very BAD way to keep customers and future customers happy...

Horrendously bad website and customer service. If you bought a Taurus handgun due to a magazine promo, prepare to spend many frustrationg hours on their awful website trying to place the order, and many hours on hold trying to talk to customer service. The pistols I purchased are great, but I may never buy another Taurus gun again due to my awful experience on their website and telephone support.

I have been trying to use a Taurus promotion since 01/09/25. When I finally get to checkout at shopTaurus it will not apply my promotion code and discount of $50.00. I have e-mailed them and attempted to call them with no success. No more Taurus for me.

If I could rate it lower I would. I ordered a flashlight and a holster for my taurus gx4 on Christmas day and I have yet to receive it. We have contacted Taurus multiple times and they have gave me stupid excuses saying that they are still "updating" their shipping policy. This site is a bunch of BULLSHIT. Dont waste your money

I had a frustrating experience with **ShopTaurus.com**, and I cannot recommend this company due to its lack of customer service and responsiveness. I placed an order expecting a smooth transaction, but what I received was nothing but delays and unanswered inquiries.
After waiting well beyond the estimated delivery time, I reached out to customer service multiple times via email and their contact form, but **I never received a single response**.
I strongly advise potential customers to think twice before ordering. If something goes wrong, **don’t expect any help**. There are plenty of other reputable online stores that value their customers—unfortunately, this is not one of them. **Avoid the hassle and shop elsewhere!**

Order was placed on December 23 2024 order was processed and then nothing. Consumer service is completely useless all they keep saying is try again at the end of the week. Nothing has been resolved on this issue and when you call they tell you there’s nothing they can do on their end and they tell you to re-order and it does not allow you to re-order anything website is the Worst website on the Internet. The company doesn’t hold themselves responsible for any of the mistakes and confusion they have. I recommend to never buy Taurus products again. Worst company out there.
I ordered a holster from Taurus
I ordered a holster from Taurus. It was awaiting shipment. Then their site went down for about 2-3 weeks. When it came up, my order disappeared. They are not answering their phones. Nor do they answer emails.
They owe me either a holster or $45.74. I am sure Taurus can afford this amount better than I can. Extremely BAD customer service.
Horrible Beyond Belief
I ordered a pair of Veridian laser grips from shop taurus.com on December 27, 2024. I got two confirmation emails from them and on December 29, 2024 they took 162.53 off of my credit card. Then their website went down for maintenance for at least 10 or 12 days. I lost count every time I went to check my order status. It took me to website down page. When their website came back up online, I was excited to check my order and to my horror shop. Taurus lost all record of my order ever even being placed and their website says that I have never placed an order with them. I’m out the money that they took from my card. They don’t ever answer the phone. I’ve sent numerous emails no response. I emailed initially when the website went down asking for status and a lady responded saying that they would be resuming shipments on January 13, 2025 so I said great when the website came back up my order had been deleted. I’m out the money. Nobody answers the phone. Nobody returns my emails. This is the email that I sent to them yesterday with a brand new service request from shop taurus.com it reads as follows:
Hello, I placed an order for some Veridian laser grips for a small frame revolver on
12/27/2024. On 12/29/2024 you took the money out of my card. Then your site went down for maintenance and when it came up again it asked me to change my password and after I changed my password your site informed me that I never made any orders. Now I am out the $162.53 for the laser grips and your site has no record of my order! Nobody EVER answers the phone and the one lady that initially responded to my email on 01/09/2025 "Cintia" from Taurus USA informed me orders were resuming shipping on 01/13/2025 due to the site maintenance for the holidays. I don't think she looked into my order because if she would have she would have seen it was gone. Where is the record of order 299248? Why does your site say I have never placed an order? Why did you charge me $162.53 and delete my order?
Why didnt you give customers warning about the website being down so we could have the option to not place an order and wait for you to get all your bugs ironed out? I would have waited or spent my money elsewhere. Now Im out 162.53 and out the laser grips I really wanted. Nobody ever answers the phone or gets back to me with any real informaton. How can I get my money back or my laser grips? Why did you delete order 299248?

The absolute worst company out there. Do not buy from here. You have better luck finding the part you’re looking for on the street while taking a walk. They don’t ship parts and say they do. Customer service is useless and from the way I’ve had to deal with this company I see why. They do not help the customer what so ever.
