My first shopping from Shop The World
I ordered a TECNO CAMON 20 Premier 5G Phone. I came across this site "Shop The World" which had this phone listed. But I had never heard the name of this online shopping site earlier. So I decided to go ahead with the Cash on Delivery option. The next day I received a call from their customer support team. The team confirmed my credentials and asked me if I could cancel the COD and instead choose a pre-payment option for faster delivery. I definitely had my suspicions which btw increased more than ever. But they did win my trust and promised to give end to end support. I was not able to cancel the product for which I was assisted by the backend team. I ordered the phone using pre-payment option. And, yes they did exactly what an honest business would do. I was guided, called, and supported by the Shop The World team throughout my purchasing journey. I received my delivery sooner than I had expected.

Really a good website.
Really a good website. I bought my Samsung S21 FE 5G for just 25k here. Phone is fantastic and delivery is also fast as I got delivered within a day. Prasad was helpful to me by supporting order tracking every 2 or 3 hours.

Seamless Ordering and Delivery with excellent Customer Service
Product ordered was delivered perfectly well. Importantly I was kept closely updated on the delivery by Mr Prasad Bhadkar which was quite comforting. Entire ordering and delivery process too was seamlessly handled by Mr Bhadkar. I ordered Motorola razr 40 ultra from shop the world on 5-9-24 and got it at a discounted price of 42759 which is lesser than any other online seller and it was delivered on 9-9-24. This is my first purchase from shop the world as I was not aware of such a name but my call to their support changed my views as Mr.Prasad very nicely cleared all my doubts which made me go ahead with the order and till the time the mobile was delivered he was in my touch which enhanced the faith in the company and now I can recommend to all my contacts to buy anything from them

Yesterday (8.9.24) at 10.30 A M ordered Moto Razr ultra 40 from E com site Shoptheworld(STW),Made C C payment with international enable payment, Though I am afraid of this site with half hearted mind,I received the product with in 20 hours,That too ₹3000/- less than Amazon and other Ecom site, After order an update received through WhatsApp and Mr. Prasad a coordinator from STW called me and explained about them and assured the item with specified time, to my surprise it reached my hand from Amazon delivery well in the early Morning, Thanks to Mr .
