Ordered 2 gx pillows 1st July still waiting for delivery today 9th July phoned customer service up 4 times no help at all when they have your money that's it not bothered after that I will never shop with this company again they are terrible outfit order number 8201

Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry you feel let down by the service you received when you contacted us.
We do advise a delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days, and as your order was placed on 1st July, it is currently still within that advised timescale. Tracking has also been sent to you, and the parcel is showing as out for delivery today, 9th July with Evri.
That said, I’m sorry if this wasn’t explained clearly when you called. We do take customer service seriously and are always happy to check into orders and provide updates where we can.
I hope your pillows arrive safely today, and thank you again for your order.

Really quick delivery of my crafty…

Really quick delivery of my crafty goodies. Better packaging than the other hobby channel and quicker delivery. I’ve used them multiple times now as I’ve had to wait weeks for orders from the other channels and then the packages look like they’re returns. You can tell the people at Shop/Craft unlimited really care. I think these other 1 star reviews are from rivals scared of the competition. Shame really.

AVOID AVOID AVOID........ utter shambles of a company. same watch was advertised on kev's website for nearly half the price. emails ignored and in the end i had to go to my card company for a chargeback. it was easier to get a refund from auction world and that's saying something.

Placed a large order

Placed a large order, 12.6. 26 one item was wrong, sent photo of wrong item and information of the ordered item, got an email to say they get in touch with seller.
That’s it , not heard a thing since.

Good customer service

Ordered several items and thought they would be delivered together. They were despatched separately but no additional cost and received delivery updates for each item. Delivered quickly and good value purchases really pleased

Great crafty shopping channel and shop

Placed an order of crafty goodies and it arrived in split parcels much quicker than expected. Postage was free (spent £50) and everything well packaged. Items were very good value. Was fun to watch the show - presenters knowledgable and some great ideas showcased. Will definitely tune in regularly and place further orders.

Everything exactly as it should be

I have ordered from them several times and never had any issue. Ordering is simple, the prices are great and delivery is quick. What more could you want? Even their call centre is a joy to deal with!

Returns Responsibility?

They are just middle men!

Show scant regard for customers.
Deflect from their responsibilities as a seller!
Put the responsibility on their suppliers to fix a problem, do not inform you of their supplier due to an inane policy of nondisclosure = customers left in a void ( I can see I’m not the only one here in the void).

I want a prepaid returns label for the incomplete order and the missing part should it ever arrive.
They say “I’ve changed my mind” so the cost is down to me to return a £300 incomplete order!
This was a bday (gone now) gift for my grandson.

I can only say don’t use!

Update the missing item arrived yesterday on the 27th via Royal Mail “Not last Week” as per their Reply!
I will pass this on to PayPal re: my dispute not that I scant afford £300 of my monies sitting in abeyance and don’t intend to pay more for the returns cost!

Update 2/7: Shop has notified me that the Supplier to Shop has given a full refund.

HI John , Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience has left you feeling disappointed, especially as this was intended as a birthday gift for your grandson.
We understand how frustrating it is when an order does not arrive exactly as expected. In this case, the drone itself was supplied, but we accept that the separate spare battery you ordered was missing. Once this was raised with us, we worked to get the missing item sent out, and our records show that the replacement battery was delivered last week.
That said, we are sorry that the overall experience has not met the standard you expected from us. We do use trusted suppliers to fulfil some items, but we fully understand that your order is with Shop Unlimited and we remain responsible for helping to resolve customer issues.

If you would still like us to review the return request, please contact our customer service team quoting your oorder number and we will look at the details again.

What a waste of time this company is

What a waste of time this company is, ordered an item on the 21st May 26, now on 17th June, item not arrived, after 6 emails & two phone calls still not been resolved, I have now received an email saying I will have my refund within 5 working days, not holding my breath.

Buyers beware

Ordered a watch that didn't meet my expectations. Returned as per their instructions and was signed for. Have now spent over 10 days chasing a refund with no joy. Appalling customer service now have to get the credit card company and post office involved to get a refund.

I made an order about 2 wks or so ago

I made an order about 2 wks or so ago. Recieved 1 item the other item was missing. Like a few others I've read no email no reply to where the other item was. Rang them a few times no reply. Eventually received an email stated I was getting a refund but have to wait 10 days before I get a refund. I'm not happy with this company. And definitely would not watch or buy from this channel again

1 item missing from my order

1 item missing from my order, I do not use QR codes so am unable to trace where my package is, I have emailed this company TWICE and have had no response from them after emailing all details of order number and all my personal details.. I won't be watching or ordering again in future..they simply don't care once they've had your money.

Fast turnaround on my order

Ordered a Dr-Ho on Sunday. Delivered on Tuesday (today).

Well packed, all in perfect condition and at the best price I could find on-line including the big sellers.

My only 'complaint' would be that a QR code is the only way to track your order. Like at least 10% of the UK population, I do not use QR codes. A simple web based system would be nice to see if the item is dispatched or not (or even an email).
However, I was here to receive delivery so no problems and the QR code does not distract from my 5* rating.
Would use Shop Unlimited again.

Ordered a watch from this company…

Ordered a watch from this company online having seen it on TV.
A week later I’ve had no update as to what’s going on . I contacted the company to ask when the watch would be delivered only to be asked for further details ( I had already supplied name email and watch I bought) but they wanted order number. I supplied this two days ago and have heard nothing !

I can only think this is either really poor service or a scam ?

Edit I bought the watch on the 2Jan 26 with a 48 hours tracked postage they also say it’s 5-7 Days delivery well having bought on 2nd Jan it’s now 14th ! I’ve asked for my money back but heard nothing

Edit I did hear back from the company who said Richard ( seller) was unwell . I agreed to have them deliver the watch asp. It arrived and is a lovely watch.
