Hi Darryl,
Thank you for your review, and I’m sorry you feel let down by the service you received when you contacted us.
We do advise a delivery timeframe of 5–7 working days, and as your order was placed on 1st July, it is currently still within that advised timescale. Tracking has also been sent to you, and the parcel is showing as out for delivery today, 9th July with Evri.
That said, I’m sorry if this wasn’t explained clearly when you called. We do take customer service seriously and are always happy to check into orders and provide updates where we can.
I hope your pillows arrive safely today, and thank you again for your order.

HI John , Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re genuinely sorry that your experience has left you feeling disappointed, especially as this was intended as a birthday gift for your grandson.
We understand how frustrating it is when an order does not arrive exactly as expected. In this case, the drone itself was supplied, but we accept that the separate spare battery you ordered was missing. Once this was raised with us, we worked to get the missing item sent out, and our records show that the replacement battery was delivered last week.
That said, we are sorry that the overall experience has not met the standard you expected from us. We do use trusted suppliers to fulfil some items, but we fully understand that your order is with Shop Unlimited and we remain responsible for helping to resolve customer issues.

If you would still like us to review the return request, please contact our customer service team quoting your oorder number and we will look at the details again.

From the details provided, we are unable to identify your order at this stage, so we have requested further information through Trustpilot. Please respond with your order number or the details used when placing the order so we can look into this properly.

If a refund has already been confirmed by our customer service team, this will be processed back to the original payment method. However, we would still like to review what has happened here, as this is clearly not the experience we want customers to have.

*After checking your customer account we can see that your refund was processed (it will appear in your bank ASAP) AND you received a complimentary Kleeneze Bundle by Yodel which was delivered on 17th June*

If a refund has now been confirmed, this will be processed back to your original payment method. Refunds can sometimes take a number of working days to appear, depending on the payment provider, but we appreciate that waiting for this after an issue with an order is frustrating.

Thank you for your feedback and we’re very sorry for the frustration caused by the delay and lack of updates regarding your order - and for not finding this page sooner.

At the time, our watch supplier experienced unexpected fulfilment delays which unfortunately impacted a number of customer orders. Kevin addressed this directly on-air and apologised for the situation, however we fully appreciate that this did not reflect the level of service we aim to provide.
