I love the Vera's Undies, not much of a fan of the laced onces, if it was more like the original ones then maybe I would have liked them better but definitely will continue with original ones.

Kept me updated. LOVE the product. GREAT value for product. I know some people would buck at air drying, but they dried easily. I also really appreciated the washing bag!
These underwear do very well. I take water pills so they don’t hold as much as I would like them to but when the water pills die down then they’re perfect for me to wear.

Horrible
Hi, the service so far has been great. I ordered the wrong size and they sent me a bigger size. BUT the fit is terrible and soo uncomfortable -Too small in the front, loose around the legs.

Great experience.
Based on reviews, I decided to purchase a set of Vera's Undies.I was very pleased when they arrived. The fabric and workmanship were of excellent quality. Unfortunately, the undies were a bit too tight. So I contacted Vera's to see what my options were. After some discussion, Vera's decided to entirely replace my purchase with a larger size at no extra cost to me. Customer service at Vera's is responsive and top notch. So refreshing these days! Thank you Vera's.

I can’t respond to the product itself because I received a completely smaller size than ordered. When I looked up the return policy, I found nothing!

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. I ordered size I thought would fit but were too small. They sent me the next size up for free. I did find the panties were a little inconsistent in the size, some fit but others of same size slightly too small. They were great to replace with larger size.

Best underwear ever
I bought underwear based on the previous sale with another company which turned out to be not the correct size. Margaret the associate were so kind,understanding and helpful at replacing it for free. I do appreciate Margaret she’s very professional. These underwears are the best ever invented I hope it will always be available for all women who need them.

A little short on the back side. I ordered a medium. Perhaps I should have ordered a large.
Discreetly packaged and timely delivery. These panties are nice and thin with great odor control and superior wetness absorption.

Vera panties
My package was received in a reasonable time. The quality of the panties was good. The fit was a little large, however it was the size that I ordered.
I wish that there had been a better choice of colors. I am very happy with the results. No more pantie liners., Yea!

First time customer
My adventure with Vera’s Undies has been amazing. First I judged the correct size so they fit perfectly. Hardest hurdle was not using pads after 20 plus years. I don’t expect to have any problems adjusting. Vera’s are great. Sorry I found them just as she’s changing careers. -Nancy

Kindness and Prompt review
I have never received such prompt responses and kindness from a seller, as I have from the team at Vera's Undies.
These days it's a 'dog eat dog' world. Most sellers dont care, so long as they get their money. Not Vera's Undies.
I chose the wrong size, and Margaret understood. She was so helpful. I am receiving the right size at no cost to me. When does that ever happen? Well, it did, and I am blown away by the kindness and consideration shown to me.
