First class service door to door. Good communication, on time and friendly professional drivers. No hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

Communication from the taxi company was very good; including an email the day prior to pick up to confirm arrangements and driver contact details. On the day of pick up a tracker was provided so that we could track the driver at the time of pick up. We were delayed in landing and baggage reclaim which meant we were nearly an hour late for our pick up but the driver waited and was relaxed about the delay.
The only minor issue was that we had to provide our own baby seat on the outward journey which the company stored whilst we were away and it seems that they were unsure how to remove it from the taxi which they did incorrectly. This then caused a problem for us in reinserting the seat for subsequent pick up.

Well priced, good communication so never in doubt they would turn up, on time and very good drivers

Couldn't recommend Shropshire Class Travel enough. They discussed my requirements with me for my pick up and return a week later from Birmingham airport in a helpful and friendly manner.
Both drivers George and Stephen were friendly and both advised us on any questions we had.

I've used Shropshire Class Travel for three airport runs so far (a fourth is already booked) and they have been totally reliable and flexible when my flights have had to be changed for business reasons.

Never used Shropshire Class Travel before so I was a little nervous waiting for my car to arrive at 3-45am but I needed of worried they text me to say the were on their way. The driver was very friendly & polite.
The same was the same when I returned from the airport they kept me informed all the time.

From the first phone call with Connor, emails backward and forward between April and Connor with me to clarify details, to the actual pick up and drop off Shropshire Class Travel kept me informed of all aspects of the trip.
We had seven people travelling from Telford to LHR from four different collection addresses. The timeframe was advised and stuck to efficiently. We had time to have a break at the services on the way down.
The collection from LHR was seamless, we were met at arrivals with just a short walk to the parking to get into the vehicle. Again we had a break at the services on the way back and all unloaded to our various addresses.

Excellent service on both outward & return journeys both cars spotless and comfy and both driver's excellent highl tv recommend this company will be using again later in year for our airport transfers

I have used this company twice for two separate trips too and from Manchester airport. They are fabulous. From the booking service to the drivers, you couldn’t ask for any better.

Absolutely fantastic from initial booking enquiry through to safe arrival home :) After a 10 hour flight and a 2.5 hour drive home, I couldn't have wished for a nicer driver or better service.
