Everything was clear and easy
Everything was clear and easy to operate. Just the only thing about the storage igself is that is very tall which makes it harder to fill up, would be good to have some shelves there or a ladder to reach higher.

Ich war vor 3 Tagen das erste Mal da
Ich war vor 3 Tagen das erste Mal da, um meinen neu angemieteten Lagerraum in Empfang zu nehmen.
Die Kollegen vor Ort waren super nett und haben sehr hilfreich bei der Ersteinweisung geholfen.
Das Lager ist sauber, trocken und die Zugänge sehr praktisch und sicher geregelt, alles lässt sich mit der Handyapp öffnen.

Sehr gute Entscheidung von uns. Alles lief reibungslos und zügig. 2,5m2 sind ein Raum von 1,58 x 1,80. Schließung mit der App ein Kinderspiel. Beratung vor Ort, Nett und freundlich. Und ein paar Tipps gab's zusätzlich und gratis.

Super Einrichtung
Schneller und unkomplizierter Vertragsabschluss. Beim ersten Besuch wurde mir alles erklärt und gezeigt, was wirklich sehr hilfreich war, das Gebäude kann man durchaus auch als Irrgarten nutzen 😜

Mitarbeitende vor Ort sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sehr gut erreichbar sowohl mit Auto als auch mit Öffis. Alles in top Zustand.

Ich bin zufrieden
Ich bin zufrieden und hätte mir lediglich die Infomation gewünscht, welches Schloss verwendet wird. So muss man erst beim Kundenservice anrufen und nachfragen.
Und ich hätte mir früher den Hinweis gewünscht, dass eine Versicherungspflicht gibt, dann hätte man sich früher drum kümmern können. Sonst waren die Mitarbeiter gut erreichbar und freundlich.

Functional service
I had to move to Berlin without finding a home yet. Shugard service was very useful for me and helped me look for a house in Berlin more calmly.
The booking and check-in process was very simple and clear, and the support was excellent.

Alles prima
Hat prima geklappt mit dem Einzug, Zugang mit App ist problemlos. Lagerraum war schön sauber und mit Plan leicht zu finden. Evtl. fehlen ein paar Transportwagen. Am 2. Tag waren die schon knapp.
Bis jetzt bin ich sehr zufrieden :)

kurzfristige Raumkündigung aus baulichen Gründen und ein ziemliches Durcheinander, von Seiten Shurgard, was die neue Raumanmietung betraf. Zum Glück ein kompetenter lösungsorientierteer Mitarbeiter vor Ort.
