Friendly staff and transparent communication (also in English)
1. Reservation was easy and straightforward. The online ID check did not work for me, so I did it in person. The staff member was very helpful with that.
2. They were transparent with any questions I had about the special price, etc. They took the time to show me around and explain everything the day my rental began
3. On my longest day there, they were very accommodating and were helpful when I had questions.
4. They spoke excellent english, which took away a lot of the stress on an already stressful day.

Der Store-Manager F. Kahnt war äußerst freundlich und aufmerksam. Er hat sich viel Zeit genommen, mich kompetent zu beraten, und ist auf meine Wünsche individuell eingegangen. Es war ein sehr angenehmer Vor-Ort-Termin. Der Besuch im Store war eine rundum positive Erfahrung, uneingeschränkt absolut empfehlenswert.

Unverzichtbarer Service
Dies ist ein toller Service, der mir bei meinem Umzug geholfen hat. Er ist auch praktisch für Leute, die keinen Keller haben, um Dinge zu lagern, die sie selten benutzen. Das Personal an der Rezeption und im Support ist höflich und freundlich. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen!
