Shurgard Self Storage - Camden Avis 

Only 4 small trolleys for the entire building which led to huge arguments between people who couldn't unload/load their stuff. We checked with staff and yes, only 4 trolleys for the entire building! Only one out of the two very small lifts is working which created even more delay in my move. I went on the 28th to unload more stuff still the same situation. 2 trolleys and one lift. Staff said on the 25th that they would potentially order more. This is not acceptable. Knowing that I was paying the removers per hour it has costed me a lot of stress and a couple of hundred pounds more.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Jamaal while renting a storage unit, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the experience. Jamaal was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process, especially in assisting me with getting the access code, which I was having trouble with. He was patient, professional, and very kind, making the process smooth and stress-free. only 3 trollies in the whole building when I moved in ! this combined with a staff member telling us that one of the lifts was out of order when it actually wasn't meant that I had to return the van late. this cost me a lot of money.

Absolute unreliable! The rent increased within two years from £100 to £183! I cancelled, but they offered me a bigger unit for £50 less. I accepted the offer, and they asked me to schedule an appointment to sign a new contract and swap the storage room. When I had the appointment a day later, no one knew about it, and they refused to provide me with a storage room for the agreed price. Unprofessional! I took a day off to swap storage rooms and wasted time going there.

I have used several different storage facilities over the years but none as well organised, efficient and friendly as yours.

Everybody is kind and helpful.
The structure might need some maintenance: one of the lifts responds slowly to the app, and the magnets of some doors don't work anymore.

The service from the Shurgard team was amazing always ready to help to make it better elevators take u to your unit the times where always perfect so I just want to thank you for an amazing time with the Shurgard team I will be back in the future as it’s the cheapest in and around london area
