Shurgard Self Storage - Chiswick Avis 

Had exceptional customer service from Mani at the Chiswick branch. Also found the units to be clean, well lit and plenty of circulation room between them all.

I can honestly say dealing with the team in Chiswick made the whole trauma of venturing into the world of storage rental so much easier. From when I first signed up (over a year ago) to more recently they couldn’t have been more patient and accommodating. My recent visit, at the weekend, Manni was especially helpful when I was stressing about downsizing, moving things and size of container etc.
I would highly recommend this branch, not least because they have a really great team who go the extra mile.

Mani was exceptional. He advised and supported me during my storage removal. I had a difficult day, and he was so helpful in speeding up the logistics to ensure everything went smoothly and speedy.

Seriously, on customer service was beyond 5 stars. On professionalism, it was way beyond 5 stars. Can’t recommend this guy enough and Shurgard!

Amazing facility and so handy being closeby to our tiny flat! Mani went above and beyond helping us pick the space and sorting out the billing etc! Great service thanks Mani.

Shurgard Chiswick staff is very decent. We have always great service, especially from Shams and Mani. They are friendly, very knowledgeable and serious professionals. Our unit keys have been lost. They have solved the problem in as short as 5 minutes. It’s a great branch with lovely staff.

Mani and shams were so polite and efficient when finding me a storage unit over at Chiswick. I would highly recommend anyone in the area who needs storage to come and speak with these honest gentlemen!
