Impressed
The service received from Souff was very informative and helpful.
We had doubts about using Shurgard again after our belongings had all been destroyed by fire at Shurgard in Purley Way in 2019.
Souff was very reassuring about the company's revised terms and conditions and along with his Assistant Manager, Patrice, we were very impressed by their professionalism and great customer service.

Good location and very secure
My mother told me about this storage unit. The location is perfect for me. It’s secure, the staff were friendly on arrival, there’s lifts to carry and get to the second level easily. And they even provided me with a very secure lock and key. Looking forward to using this unit locker.

Great service!
I initially booked in the wrong storage very far from my home thinking it was Kennington, but Souf was very kind and understandable and he very quickly fixed the whole situation for me. After a difficult day moving house this help was very welcome and he made everything very smooth. My man with a van was also very happy to see we had a ground floor storage and were provided with trolleys to avoid lifting. I was so relieved and satisfied, thank you so much again to Souf for that!

Maya was excellent! She provided me with detailed instructions and information on the storage unit. She was helpful, professional and courteous throughout our interaction and I am so happy to have had worked with her.
The Kennington Shurgard storage location is also clean, tech-enabled and was easy to navigate. Very pleased with their service!

I have had a great experience with Shurgard Kennington. Souf, the store manager, was exceptionally helpful in onboarding and providing guidance of the storage facility. I would definitely recommend them.

For moving house that storage is Not…
For moving house that storage is Not worth it a penny, the storage was wet and dirty inside with no lights, even we asked to change it, but no one did anything, secondly, the items were stolen.
The staff asks to write good reviews right when concluding a contract with them.
Also, the insurance they sell and ask you to sign is complete rubbish. And they do not want to return money for stolen items.
We asked for a video, and found out that’s that’s no cameras in the storage in the exact place where our things were. Terrible.
