Firstly they had storage available in different sizes to suit my needs, the one I had reserved was too small when I looked at it so opted for a larger unit. The whole experience was first class staff could not have been more helpful the facility was clean and tidy, I cannot speak highly enough of this company.
Yes this is a real review I couldn’t have coped with my failed house move without them. Many thanks.

A few minutes before closing, was met by Ravi, he was very welcoming, ready to assist. Ravi was professional, respectful and most of all knowledgeable about his job. Ultimately finding the most suitable storage size for our needs. Great experience! An asset to Shurgard. Thank you Ravi.

I have had a unit at Shurgard Leicester for just over year now & i can't fault my experience. All 3 guys have been amazing! Big shout out to Ravi who I have probably had the most dealings with, such a polite professional who will always go above & beyond to help & nothing is ever too much trouble. The Tour Around Inspecting The Units, Payment Set Up, Helped Setting Up & Working Of App , Showing Us How The Keypad Monitors Worked , Were All Thoroughly Explained Calmly And Patiently, Which Was Very Reassuring As Like Myself, Technology Is Not Everybodys Comfort Zone!

The staff are so friendly and helpful, the units themselves are perfect and extremely secure. The whole process is very easy, in terms of booking and actually storing things in the units as they have trolleys and an easy to use app for building access.

No better and safer place to store your valuables than Shurgard. Extended accessible hours

Excellent high tech facility. However the most stupid design error - the loading area slopes. Makes it very difficult for one person to load or to open entrance door whilst holding trolley.
More than one trolley with 2 sides would be helpful.
Trolleys with brakes would be a miracle.
