Great Storage Facility
I’ve been using Shurgard for the past 2–3 years to store my belongings, and the experience has been excellent. They have several locations which is great as well. The staff are always friendly, helpful, and efficient, and the facility is clean, secure, and well maintained. My favorite thing is the app, it makes everything so easily accesible. I highly recommend Shurgard to anyone looking for reliable storage!

Super goede opslag locatie met vriendelijk personeel.
Rondleiding gekregen door medewerker Brian voor een oplsagruimte voor mijn zoon.
Brian was zeer vriendelijk en zeer servicegericht.
Heeft ons alles duidelijk uitgelegd van het begin tot eind.
Alles samen afgehandel zodat wij via de fijne app van Shurgard toegang kunnen krijgen tot onze opslagruimte.
Zeker aan te raden om hier te gaan huren.
Ook nog verpakkingsmateriaal gekocht op hun locatie waarbij ik goed geholpen werd door medewerkers Xander en Nick.
Al met al een heel mooi bedrijf met oog voor de klant.

Super service! Ik had nog wat vragen en op mijn mail om wat meer info werd al heel snel gereageerd en uitstekend geholpen door Brian. Ook bij huren van de 2e ruimte waar online eea mis ging werd dit wederom door Brian snel en goed opgelost!!!

Routering jammer, rest top.
De hulpvaardigheid aan de balie in Maastricht Zuid was zeer welkom. Alleen jammer dat er geen balie-personeel in Maastricht Noord aanwezig was.
Ik heb ruim een uur moeten ploeteren naar de juiste locatie terwijl een simpel locatie-kaartje de juiste route had kunnen vrijgeven.
Ook jammer dat beneden de liftdeur open stond en dat er geen personenlift is. Ik mag eigenlijk geen trappen lopen, maar heb het toch gedaan om mijn spullen uit de lift te kunnen halen.
Da's echt jammer.
Voor de rest alles prima.
