Mich and Gina are extremely helpful and friendly. We've used storage here for a while now and had great help and advice when we wanted to move units and increase our storage. The convenience of the app for coming and going later in the evening is really helpful.

Easy to book and order online and all access details sent through very quickly. Great price too!

It was easy to book online and I received an email a day or so before with all the instructions to download and setup the app needed for entry. Very friendly and helpful staff who showed me around on arrival.

I am a delivery driver and used to deliver to this place over a year ago. I have returned recently to cover the area and I just want to say this has got to be one of the friendliest, welcoming and also helpful places I have been in poole. Have to mention Gina and Michelle, they most definitely couldn't be two better people and would like to thank them for the experience when visiting every time. Keep up the good work.

Very happy with Shurgard. Conveniently situated for me, seems to be very secure as access only on the app. The app is great too, tells me when the rent is due etc. Staff when I need them are very helpful.

This storage is very convenient, and the security is excellent. Instructions on website could be easier to follow but all resolved during office hours.
