box was niet geopend, heb alles terug moeten brengen om het de week erna alsnog te verhuizen. Daarna wel goed contact gehad en vertrouw dat het niet nog eens gebeurd. Fouten kunnen gebeuren maar de klantenservice was in ieder geval wel goed.

Medewerkers klasse, voorzieningen matig
De medewerkster zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Erg klantgericht zonder dwang. Constant een glimlach op haar gezicht en geeft tussendoor ook aandacht aan de wachtende klant door een blik of glimlach, terwijl ze bezig is met een andere klant.
De opslagunit is ruim en netjes. De karren om spullen mee te vervoeren zijn niet echt groot en er is geen steekwagen of draadnetkarren aanwezig. De lift is laag en klein in lengte en breedte. Ik heb een paar hoge kasten die niet in de hoogte of lengte kunnen staan in de lift. Dat wordt nog een uitdaging.
Een verbetering die ik graag doorgevoerd zie:
Meer transportmogelijkheden zoals een steekwagen, draadkarren, pompwagen

Onverwachte topservice en klantvriendelijkheid
Enorm hartelijk ontvangen, super ruime lockers en echt klantvriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Niks dan lof tot nu toe, een beetje tegen de verwachting in door een slechte ervaring bij een concurrent, maar met Shurguard echt blijverrast!

Super service! Vanmiddag box gereserveerd en werd 10 minuten later al gebeld. Een uur later een box en de benodigde spullen om te verhuizen. Nogmaals dank voor de snelle en goede service!
