Bra förråd men otydligt hur överlämning…
Bra förråd men otydligt hur överlämning av nyckel sker.
Även otydligt att man får ett mail om att förrådet är avbokat, kontaktade kundservice och får till svar att det är för att reservationen har upphört och gått över i en bokning. Bör lösas för att slippa förvirring, många onödiga samtal till kundservice och feltolkningar. Allra helst som jag gjorde en bokning direkt och inte en reservation.

No real complaints
Sign up was easy, friendly staff.Clean.
Storage space was just as described, easy to access and they left the lock+keys exactly as they described they would.
I would minus half a star for this but since that's not possible, minus one star for the following:
- I wish there was a light/lamp in the storage unit, you have to depend on the light in the corridor which can get a bit irritating when stacking the storage unit.
-Closes at 23:00, if you're there past that time apparently an alarm can go off and you have to pay a fine.
That being said, the pros are much more than the cons so I _would_ recommend Shurgard.

Läckage i förråd, ingen hjälp eller ersättning
Fick läckage i mitt förråd på Sollentuna Shurgard som förstörde en hel del saker.
Har under dessa 3 mån som förflutit inte fått reda på vad som läckt? Förmodligen ett rör som spruckit pga av dåligt underhåll.
Försäkringen March som man tvingas betala har sitt säte i Polen och har ingen avsikt alls att ersätta något. Helt värdelöst!!
Shurgard Sollentuna som är ansvariga för läckan hjälper inte till.

Mycket smidigt
Enkelt att beställa på nätet och att komma igång med appen. Helt ok med magasineringen. Enda kruxet med Sollentuna är den trånga parkeringen när man kommer med släp. Dålig höjd för mig med kåpa på släpet. Jag visste om detta sedan tidigare när jag hyrde förra gången så jag var beredd på det.
