Fantastic full window and cafe-style shutters! We are really pleased with our shutters which have transformed our windows and rooms. Really great quality shutters which were fitted quickly and professionally. Thankyou Shuttercraft!

Great product at reasonable price, considering today's economic climate, expertly fitted by courteous, professional tradesmen.

They do look great but we did have an issue with the 'usability' of the shutters in that when opened some of them hit against the radiators and fittings in the rooms (lounge and bedroom). This was rectified with no fuss in the bedroom by fitting 'concertina' type shutters instead but I do feel the original survey should have picked this up and pointed out the potential issues in the first place. We couldn't do much about the lounge but again if we were made aware we might have rethought whether we needed them or not. We have fixed this by rearranging and purchasing different furniture which means they are now more 'fit for purpose' but as I said Shuttercraft rectified the ones in the bedroom without fuss and in a professional manner so all in all a very good service.

I found the whole experience efficient and felt no pressure to go ahead. The girls in the Westbury on Trym store (Tyisha and Joy) were helpful and Chris who came to measure up was informative and obviously very knowledgable about what he does. Marcus fitted the shutters and did a really good job and you could tell he enjoys the work.

Yes, shutters aren’t cheap but you get what you pay for and that includes the customer service aspect too. Our shutters look so smart. I just have to decorate the room now!

Totally in love with the new shutters and they have transformed our lounge. Had great service in the Westbury showroom, went in a couple of times to make sure our choice was the right one for us and nothing was too much trouble. Chris came to measure up and offered good advice on how best to hang the shutters to get maximum space and light. Aaron came to install them and did an excellent job, we are so so pleased with them. Would highly recommend and will definitely use them again for blinds as they have a great choice too! Thanks to all!

Just had three shutters installed today by Mark who did an amazing job and was very respectful. Our shutters look amazing and I cannot fault the whole process and customer service from start to finish. A local company with a showroom and friendly knowledgable staff, I would use Shuttercraft again and recommend them 100%.

New shutters and room darkening blind. This was our second shutter fitting with Shuttercraft and the experience was very straight forward with clear communication, professional service more gorgeous shutters and the room darkening blind is amazing!
