First rate service, first rate product
From the initial survey by Adam, through the measuring up by Joe to fitting, Shuttercraft have acted with approachable friendly professionalism backed by sound advice on the task in hand. Our shutter blinds were fitted yesterday on two fairly big bay windows and a smaller upstairs landing window, in a little more than a morning. The fitters were experienced and explained what they were doing. They did a brilliant job and cleared away the rubbish, including our old blinds. All round, a first-rate service from start to finish

Excellent customer service!
Joe and Adam are very friendly and efficient people to deal with.
Joe is very knowledgeable about the products and took the time to explain and give advice. He kept in regular contact leading up to the delivery and fitting of the shutters/blinds.
Adam is very accomplished in what he does and his installation expertise ensures the fitting of the products are to a high standard.
I’m very pleased with the quality of the shutters and blinds and it was a pleasure dealing with such a professional team.

An amazing service from start to finish, they arrived on time, which was brilliant and so pleasant, the shutters were installed within 20 minutes, I couldn't believe they fitted them so quick, would not hesitate in using them again which we probably will on our next project.

Very good shutters but the only reason I have given then 4 stars is because the delivery date was only given to us once we had signed up.The delivery date was 4 months !

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Shuttercraft. Joe came to measure for the Shutter and was very courteous and professional. He kept me informed of delays and expected fitting dates. The fitter came last week and did an incredibly good and speedy job removing all the packaging when finished. All round fantastic service which I would highly recommend. I would also add that this was a final window to have a shutter fitted. The room was cold, I find that shutters aren't only beautiful but they improve heat retention and this year help block out heat from the sunshine. The shutters from shuttercraft are excellent quality and compare very well cost wise to my previous purchases.

Friendly, efficient and top quality
Friendly and efficient. The shutters arrived on time and the fitting was quick and tidy. They fit great and look amazing, making a real difference to our home. I can't speak highly enough of the service and quality.

Great installation by Adam - Shuttercraft Harrogate
This review is for out install of Shutters by Harrogate Shuttercraft.
Adam was very informative on every aspect of the install and pointed out things we wouldn’t necessarily have noticed.
5 stars to Adam for stepping in to cover the poor service from Shuttercraft WAKEFIELD.
No replies to emails, we had to chase them for answers, they actually sent an invoice when the faulty shutter wasn’t installed. No apologies from the owner.
Failed to turn up when we asked to quote for a patio door blind.
I will be using Shuttercraft Harrogate from now on.

Excellent service from start to finish, Joe and Adam were polite, professional and great to deal with. Joe kept us up to date on the installation date and Adam did a fantastic job fitting them. Highly recommended.

Excellent company. Gave good advice and installation was done very well as we have tricky window apertures in an old property. Good value too. Would thoroughly recommend.
