Shuttercraft - Lincoln Avis 37

My shutters have just been fitted today 27th July 2023. Fantastic job from start to finish. My windows are not square and the walls are out which I was told from the onset but you would never believe it with the finish Gavin and Dan obtained. Fitting was done superbly and expertly even though as mentioned earlier the windows and walls are out but they looked even when finished. Gavin and Dan were extremely professional and pleasant and the service they provided was exceptional, They removed all mess and left my home spotless. I have no hesitation in recommending ‘Shuttercraft’ Lincolnshire. A huge thank you to Gavin and Dan. I will definitely let people know how good you really are 😊

What a great decision I made choosing Shuttercraft for our shutters! Dan came to fit three yesterday with help from Gavin and they are perfect, they look great and are top quality. The fitting was excellent and I have a touch of OCD and can’t fault them. Would highly recommend without hesitation

What an excellent service from start to finish. Gavin was really helpful on his initial visit showing us the products and our options. We ordered shutters and blinds which duly arrived in the timescales promised and Gavin and Dan fitted everything excellently. They were exceptionally tidy leaving every area they worked in spotless, thanks Shuttercraft Lincoln for a brilliant service and fabulous blinds and shutters.

We had a survey done by Shuttercraft, Lincoln for shutters for two bay windows and a double window.
At the survey we were told that it would take about twelve weeks until fitting (manufactured in China). Unfortunately there was an accident at sea with the container ship and the delivery date was put back. I was grateful that we were kept informed via email and a copy of the shipping agent's original email.
Once the shutters had arrived and a date for fitting arranged, Shuttercraft arrived punctually and fitted the shutters in under a day.
Punctual, professional and polite is how I would describe Shuttercraft.

My wife and I are more than pleased with our new shutters.

Delighted with our shutters! Gavin from Lincoln was professional from the start, no pushy selling during the initial consultation. The products spoke for themselves, so there was no need. Gavin and Dan arrived on time to install them, they were efficient, friendly and very tidy. The results are perfect, we had two bay windows and two bedrooms fitted. Excellent service.
The order/ measuring process was simple. We agreed the details and the order went in. We knew it would take some time to get the order in the country so we had to be patient. They were worth waiting for. Look stunning, real quality. Will probably buy more when we extend the house. Not cheap but you get what you pay for

After deciding we wanted to get shutters for 3 of our bedroom windows we contacted Shuttercraft for a quote. There was no hard sell, as with the other company we had also contacted, just confidence in the products and plenty of information and guidance when asked for.
Responses throughout were quick and arrival at the time of quotation and for fit was timely.
Representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and considerate of the surroundings.
If I had any negative comment to write it would be the length of time I had to wait between order and fit, however, this was set out from the onset and was partly due to some covid related delays and partly due to them being so busy, which having seen the end product and dealt with the company myself, I can completely understand why!
We had very challenging, misshaped windows but the end result has made such a huge difference to the rooms and you would never know the difficulties that had to be overcome.......they are perfect! Expertly fitted and look and feel like a quality product.
We are so happy with the service and the finished product, would 100% use again and definitely recommend to others.

Great shutters, great fitting and so much cheaper than Hillarys.
